Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persentase kualitas pelayanan armada bus dalam melayani masyarakat pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari lapangan yaitu Software Microsoft Excel 2010. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu: persentase kualitas layanan terhadap penumpang sebesar 4%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan armada bus terhadap penumpang, diperoeh dari nilai pelayanan operator armada sebesar 1566 (48%), kategori cukup baik; nilai pelayanan operator armada bus sebesar 720 (56%), kategori cukup baik; sehingga diperoleh pesentase jumlah penumpang armada bus sebesar 4%..
