Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persentase kualitas pelayanan armada bus dalam melayani masyarakat pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari lapangan yaitu Software Microsoft Excel 2010. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu: persentase kualitas layanan terhadap penumpang sebesar 4%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan armada bus terhadap penumpang, diperoeh dari nilai pelayanan operator armada sebesar 1566 (48%), kategori cukup baik; nilai pelayanan operator armada bus sebesar 720 (56%), kategori cukup baik; sehingga diperoleh pesentase jumlah penumpang armada bus sebesar 4%.. The method used to process primary data obtained from the field is Microsoft Excel 2010 software. The results of the study are: the percentage of service quality to passengers is 4%. So it can be concluded that the service quality of the bus fleet to passengers is obtained from the service value of the fleet operator of 1566 (48%), the category is quite good; the service value of the bus fleet operator is 720 (56%), quite good category; so that the percentage of the number of passengers in the bus fleet is 4%.]]>
