Abstract

ABSTRAK Konsep Eutanasia di Indonesia bukanlah hal yang baru dan telah ada sejak zaman dahulu kala, namun demikian hingga saat ini masih menjadi pro dan kontra pada berbagai aspek seperti etika, kemanusiaan, dan profesionalisme baik bagi praktisi medis maupun para pakar hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsek Euthanasia berdasarkan beberapa aspek yaitu aspek medis, bioetika, humaniora dan profesionalisme sehingga dapat menjadi gambaran dan acuan bagi setiap pihak agar tidak menimbulkan berbagai perdebatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis isi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh berbagai konsep Euthanasia yang ditinjau dari berbagai aspek yaitu aspek medis, bioetika, humaniora dan profesionalisme berdasarkan berbagai sumber yang ada. The concept of euthanasia in Indonesia is not new and has existed since ancient times, however, until now there are still pros and cons in various aspects such as ethics, humanity and professionalism for both medical practitioners and legal experts. This study aims to formulate a Euthanasia concept based on several aspects, namely medical, bioethical, humanities and professionalism aspects so that it can become an illustration and reference for each party so as not to cause many problems. The type of research used is library research, while the analysis technique uses content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis obtained various concepts of Euthanasia which are reviewed from various aspects, namely medical, bioethical, humanities and professionalism aspects based on various existing sources.

Abstract

Medical plants are types of plants which part, all and or plant exudate (cell contents) are used as medicine, ingredients or medicinal ingredients. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) medicinal plants are plants that are used as treatment. The purpose of this study was to the use of medicinal plants by residents in some location in Indonesia from 2011 to 2020. The research method used in this study was a systematic review method with a cross sectional by describing the research results obtained from eleven scientific research articles. The results of research from ten research journals obtained eleven types of medicinal plants based on the types of medicinal plants, parts of medicinal plants used, how to use medicinal plants, and types of use of medicinal plants

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes is a type of diabetes that is generally caused by insulin resistance and decreased pancreatic beta cell function, where insulin resistance causes the body to not fully respond to insulin. The purpose of this study was to find out things that have a relationship with the occurrence of type II diabetes mellitus in several locations in the Asia-Africa region from 2012 to 2021. The research method is an analytical research by synthesizing the results obtained by nine scientific research articles with a case control research design. The results of the eleven studies analyzed show that there are things that have a relationship with the occurrence of type II diabetes mellitus in patients in several locations in the Europe region, which is a significant relationship between nutritional status, smoking habit, history of hypertension and family history. on the incidence of type II diabetes mellitus in several locations in the Asia-Africa region with p value < 0.05%. The Conclusion of the incidence of type II diabetes mellitus in several locations in the Europe region from 2012 to 2021 has a significant relationship to nutritional status, smoking habit, history of hypertension and family history.

Abstract

Neonatal mortality is the death of a newborn in the first 28 days of life and the first 28 days is the most vulnerable period for survival. The purpose of this study was to find out things that have to do with neonatal mortality based on parity, antenatal care visit, prematurity, low birth weight, asphyxia. The research method used in this study is analytic by using a literature objective approach on things that have to do with neonatal mortality in the journal of medical research results in the literature. The results of research from ten literature journals show that there is a relationship between neonatal mortality in several locations in Indonesia from 2011 to 2019 it can be concluded that neonatal mortality, namely parity (p-value = <0.001), antenatal care visit (p-value = <0.001), prematurity (p-value = <0.001), low birth weight (p-value = <0.001), asphyxia (p-value = <0.001), had a significant relationship with neonatal mortality in several locations in Indonesia from 2011 to 2019. It is hoped that this research will be able to increase the participation of the health department, in collaboration with health workers and community leaders in preventing and dealing with neonatal mortality events
