Abstract

Galuh University is a private university that has 7 faculties, 1 Postgraduate Program, Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI), Libraries and Cooperation Offices. Of the many places in Galuh University, it becomes a problem that must be faced in asset management. The management of these assets still relies on the role of humans who cannot collect a lot of asset data. If the person forgets it will be a problem especially regarding the type of asset that makes the payment and if it is late, it will be subject to sanctions or fines. This research is to make it easier to calculate the number of assets and record the maintenance of these assets. This asset management application will be web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are in the form of a database design which will later be implemented on a website that can be accessed by asset managers who will record asset maintenance and also as a reminder of asset maintenance at Galuh University

Abstract

PT Saamparan Digital Group is a company engaged in buying and selling YouTube accounts. Its marketing strategy still relies on traditional word-of-mouth methods, limiting promotional reach, slowing transactions, and increasing fraud risks. This study aims to design and develop a web-based digital marketing information system to expand market reach, enhance transaction security, and provide easy access to customer information.The research adopts the Agile Software Development method, which is iterative and flexible, allowing the system to be developed in stages according to user needs. The system was built using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap, with main features including product management, online transactions, reporting, and chat between users and administrators. System testing employed the black-box method to ensure functionality meets user requirements.The results show that the system improves PT Saamparan Digital Group’s marketing effectiveness by reaching wider markets, speeding up transaction processes, and reducing fraud risks through digital verification. Moreover, it provides a more convenient and secure shopping experience. Implementing this web-based digital marketing system is expected to strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the digital business era.

Abstract

CV Putra Wibawa, a distribution company, currently still relies on a manual system for recording transactions and its sales processes. This condition has led to significant operational challenges, such as delays in information, inefficiencies in time and resources, and a limited market reach. Therefore, this research aims to design a comprehensive enterprise architecture to support the implementation of digital sales by utilizing the Zachman Framework.The Zachman Framework was chosen due to its ability to provide a structured and holistic system representation. This framework analyzes six fundamental aspects: what, how, where, who, when, and why, from six different stakeholder perspectives, ranging from the planner, owner, designer, builder, subcontractor, to the functioning system. The research method applied was qualitative, where data was collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with key parties in the company.The analysis ultimately resulted in a strategic information system design. This design is capable of providing core features such as integrated transaction recording, an easily accessible digital product catalog, and support for online payments. It is hoped that the implementation of this system will subsequently improve overall operational efficiency, expand the reach of sales to a broader market, and ultimately enhance the company's competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based motorcycle workshop queue reservation system for the SME Budi Motor Sport to improve service efficiency and address issues related to manual record-keeping. The current system still relies on conventional methods using paper-based records, which are prone to errors, data loss, and inefficiencies in reservation management. The research methods employed include observation, interviews, and literature review to identify system requirements. System development was carried out using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing phases. The system was designed using UML modeling, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The system was implemented using PHP programming language, supported by HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a MySQL database. The results of this study indicate that the web-based reservation system facilitates customers in making online bookings, improves the operational efficiency of the workshop, and minimizes recording errors. Additionally, the system provides features for managing reservation data and enabling communication between customers and the workshop.
