Abstract

Perkembangan dunia promosi saat ini sudah melaju dengan begitu cepat. Saat ini penggunaan E-Commerce menjadi salah satu terobosan baru yang dapat memberikan layanan tanpa ada batasan waktu, memberikan informasi lebih cepat dan juga menjadi modal daya saing bisnis UMKM yang berada di Desa Ciharalang Kabupaten Ciamis dengan UMKM / penjual lain. Perancangan Aplikasi ini akan dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML serta menggunakan MySql sebagai database nya, metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah RUP (Rational Unified Procees). Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem website yang dapat membantu pelanggan dalam memilih bentuk, design serta melakukan pemesanan produk.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak sekali judul video game  yang dirilis dalam berbagai  genre, aspek gameplay begitu penting untuk menarik minat dari pemain dan juga menunjukan pesan kepada para pemain. Dengan gameplay yang baik, pemain akan mempunyai pengalaman dengan menarik dan akan mudah untuk menangkap pesan dari game tersebut. Gameplay yang baik tidak harus menyulitkan para pemain tetapi bisa dinikmati oleh para pemain dan disusun dengan komposisi yang baik dan dipahami oleh pemain. Dengan melakukan survey kepada palyer game untuk mengetahui keinginan para player terhadap game. Untuk menentukan kebutuhan para player diperlukan survey sehingga  menjadi dasar Analisis Kebutuhan Player Game Kepada Game. Evaluasi terhadap kebutuhan  gameplayer kepada game akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur kebutuhan para pemain.

Abstract

TB Restu Jaya adalah usaha yang bergerak dibidang penjualan bahan baku kontruksi bangunan. Dari banyaknya keluar masuk barang dari konsumen dan toko menjadi permasalahan yang harus dihadapi dalam manajemen pengelolaan barang. Pengelolaan barang tersebut masih mengandalkan peran dari manusia yang tidak bisa melakukan pendataan barang yang terbilang banyak. Jika orang tersebut lupa akan menjadi masalah apalagi terkait jenis barang dan jumlah barang akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari toko tersebut. Penelitian ini untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung jumlah barang yang keluar masuk dari toko. Aplikasi pengelolaan aset ini akan bebasis web-based dengan menggunakan bahasa pemerograman php dan MySql sebagai basis datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa desain basis data yang nantinya akan di implemtasikan pada website yang bisa digunakan untuk pengelolaan barang dalam melakukan stok barang.

Abstract

Pada zaman teknologi digital saat ini kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi mejadi hal utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama pada berbagai aktifitas pekerjaan. Dengan adanya aplikasi semua kebutuhan menjadi lebih cepat efektif dan efisien. UMKM Sinar Terang di Desa Pusakasari membutuhkan sebuah teknologi aplikasi untuk bersaing dengan UMKM yang lain. Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis Web diharapkan UMKM Sinar Terang semakin bisa mempromosikan dan menjual olahan produknya lebih cepat dan efisien. Perancangan aplikasi ini akan dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, serta menggunakan mySql sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem web yang dapat membantu pelanggan melakukan pemesanan produk.

Abstract

Galuh University is a private university that has 7 faculties, 1 Postgraduate Program, Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI), Libraries and Cooperation Offices. Of the many places in Galuh University, it becomes a problem that must be faced in asset management. The management of these assets still relies on the role of humans who cannot collect a lot of asset data. If the person forgets it will be a problem especially regarding the type of asset that makes the payment and if it is late, it will be subject to sanctions or fines. This research is to make it easier to calculate the number of assets and record the maintenance of these assets. This asset management application will be web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are in the form of a database design which will later be implemented on a website that can be accessed by asset managers who will record asset maintenance and also as a reminder of asset maintenance at Galuh University

Abstract

A hospital nutrition service is an inseparable part of other health services in hospitals, besides that nutrition service is an effort to improve the quality of health services for inpatients or outpatients in hospitals. In implementing the Scrum work frame in the architectural design of the nutrition service information system at the Regional Public Hospital Ciamis (RSUD. Ciamis) it is expected to produce products that are in accordance with the client's needs. The stages from preparation (Initialization), making a product backlog, making a sprint backlog to the execution stage of this method indicate an iterative method because it prioritizes product functions. The Scrum framework implements work functions according to its role, namely the Product Owner who is fully responsible for the products that it produces, the Development team is responsible for project work, and the Scrum master is the person who controls so that the implementation of the work does not go out of the rules of the Scrum game. The results of designing an information system with application development, this research uses the scrum framework which is carried out with 3 sprints with the estimated processing time for each sprint as follows: sprint 1 reaches 30 days, sprint 2 reaches 27 days and sprint 3 reaches 30 days. According to the rules of the scrum framework, each sprint should not exceed one month so that the project can be implemented quickly and produce the desired results

Abstract

The event management industry encounters major challenges due to the complexity of organizing events and the absence of integrated systems. These limitations result in inaccurate data, slow processes, and decision-making barriers that undermine professionalism and competitiveness. PT. Sekarmenuh Eventama, as the case study, faces issues including the lack of a collaborative platform for budget approval (RAB), non-digitalized information, and limited real-time reporting. This study aims to design an information technology architecture based on Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF framework to support event management systems. The focus lies in integrating event planning, execution, and evaluation while building an effective EA framework. A qualitative case study approach was applied in Denpasar, Bali, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. System design was developed using the TOGAF ADM framework up to Phase E (Opportunities and Solutions). The results deliver an integrated IT architecture blueprint covering business, application, data, and technology layers. The proposed business process model reduces manual work and provides application functions such as participant registration, vendor management, reporting, and event analysis. Findings show that TOGAF effectively improves data consistency and decision-making speed, although challenges remain in system integration and IT infrastructure readiness.

Abstract

The effective use of health data is essential to support planning and decision-making in village-level community health programs. This study aims to classify the health potential of the Cigugur Village community based on the risk level of infectious diseases using a data mining approach. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive method and follows the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process, including data collection, preprocessing, clustering, and visualization. Data were obtained from the Cigugur Community Health Center (Puskesmas) for the period 2023–2024, consisting of patient visit records, residential hamlets, and types of infectious diseases. Data analysis was conducted using the K-Means clustering algorithm, with the optimal number of clusters determined through the Elbow Method. The results show three clusters representing high-, medium-, and low-risk zones. Palumbungan and Cipaku were classified as high-risk areas, Tegalega as medium-risk, and Cilembu and Karang Anyar as low-risk. The findings indicate that K-Means clustering is effective in mapping community health conditions and can support data-driven decision-making for prioritizing village health programs.

Abstract

Student academic performance is an important indicator for measuring the success of learning processes in educational institutions. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm to predict student performance at MTs PGII Banjar based on academic and non-academic factors. This research uses a quantitative approach with computational experimental methods following the CRISP-DM methodology. The research data were obtained from 652 students of MTs PGII Banjar for the academic years 2021/2022-2023/2024 selected using purposive sampling technique. Research variables include academic factors (subject grades, attendance) and non-academic factors (learning motivation, parental support, socioeconomic status). The C4.5 algorithm implementation was conducted using RapidMiner Studio with parameters of minimum instances per leaf = 5, confidence factor = 0.25, and minimum gain threshold = 0.01. The results show that the prediction model using the C4.5 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 78.68%, precision of 77.84%, recall of 78.12%, and F1-score of 77.98%. The AUC-ROC value of 0.842 indicates excellent model discrimination capability. Validation using 10-fold cross validation demonstrated consistent performance with low standard deviation (0.57%). Information gain analysis shows Mathematics grade as the strongest predictor (0.847), followed by Science grade (0.723), attendance level (0.689), and learning motivation (0.634). The generated decision tree identified 23 classification rules with an average confidence of 84.2% that can be interpreted as an early warning system for identifying at-risk students. This model can be implemented as a decision support system to improve academic management quality through data-driven decision making.

Abstract

The Land and Building Tax (PBB) is an important revenue source for village development. In Awiluar Village, Lumbung District, PBB monitoring is still performed manually, making data processing, reporting, and real-time tracking difficult. This study designs an enterprise architecture for a PBB monitoring system using the Zachman Framework, based on observations, interviews, and document reviews. The results include business process models, design diagrams, and a network topology suited to the village’s needs. Applying the Zachman Framework provides a comprehensive system overview, facilitates information management, and improves monitoring efficiency.
