Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on motivation, to determine whether intelligence has an influence on motivation, and lastly, to determine parents' socioeconomic status and emotional intelligence together have an influence on athlete motivation. This study uses the correlation method through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all active athletes in PTM Otaka Gabus, while the sample used was 30 athletes with a total sampling technique/saturated sample and the sampling technique used was Non-Probality sampling. Aspects seen from the socio-economic status of parents are parental education, parental occupation, parental income, organization followed, and ownership of valuables. Aspects seen from emotional intelligence are recognizing one's own emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing other people's emotions, and building relationships. While the aspect that is seen from motivation is through intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The results of this study are that there is an effect of parents' socioeconomic status and emotional intelligence on athlete motivation together of 13.5%. It can be concluded that the relationship is unidirectional and has a positive value, meaning that if parents' socioeconomic status and emotional intelligence are high, then achievement motivation is high.

Abstract

Terdapat perbedaan materi gerak berirama yang diberikan dan kesulitan mempersiapkanperencanaan pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian untukmengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran aktivitasgerak berirama pada kelas V SD Negeri kecamatan Gunungpati tahun ajaran 2023/2024.Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek 4 guru penjas melalui teknikpengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yaitukemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi perencanaan dilakukan denganpersiapkan ATP dan Modul Ajar dari pemerintah lalu dimodifikasi didahului asesmendiagnostik, pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui senam kreasi atau senam baku yangberpusat kepada peserta didik, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran dilakukan secaraformatif selama pembelajaran serta sumatif di akhir pembelajaran namun membuatinstrumen penilaian sendiri yang diambil dari indikator pada modul ajar. Kesimpulannyayaitu kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran aktivitas gerak berirama meliputiperencanaan telah dilakukan 3 guru, pelaksanaan oleh 3 guru, dan penilaian formatif oleh 4 guru serta penilaian sumatif oleh 3 guru. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkanmenambah kriteria sumber informan yang lebih spesifik dan lebih meluas tidak hanyapembelajaran aktivitas gerak berirama pada kelas V tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

There are still many smash shots during training or several matches from athletes who take part in the Rembang Workshops that are not good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fixed target drill training and changing targets on smash accuracy in Rembang Regency. The research method used experiments with ‘two groups pre-test-post-test design’. The results showed there was a significant effect on the fixed target experimental group, with the results of t count = 10.474 > t table = 2.262. There is a significant effect on the experimental group of changing targets, with the results of t count = 8.367 > t table 2.262. The target training group remains and the target changes, with the results of t count = 2.164 > t table = 2.101. Therefore, smash target training is better for smash accuracy. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in the effect of fixed target smash training methods and changing targets on smash accuracy.
