Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 5 SMPLB and the sample used in all adaptive physical education teachers in Semarang Regency is 5 teachers (stratified random sampling). The test instrument uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used the percentage score formula and the descriptive analysis criteria table percentage from Mohammad Ali in 1993. The results showed (1) the implementation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency was included in the good category with a percentage of 60%. (2) learning planning for adaptive physical education at SMPLB in Semarang Regency is in the good category with a percentage of 60%. (3) the process of implementing the SMPLB adaptive physical education learning process in Semarang district is included in the very good category with a percentage of 80%. (4) evaluation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency is included in the good category with a percentage of 80%.. The implementation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency has been going well, because it has succeeded in preparing and implementing 3 units, namely planning, process, and evaluation in learning.

Abstract

This research is aimed at identifying the psychological profile of North Sumatra PON athletes. Apart from that, each psychological aspect of North Sumatra PON athletes will be analyzed for the condition of each psychological aspect along with the distribution of athletes and their percentages. The method used in this research is a survey method with an ex post facto research design. The population in this study is North Sumatra PON athletes who will be prepared for the XXI Aceh-North Sumatra PON 2024. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of North Sumatra PON Athletes who have carried out the North Sumatra Province training camp in 2024. Based on that, So the research sample of sports athletes was obtained, namely; Petanque, Kabaddi, Athletics, Volleyball, Futsal, Basketball, Pencaksilat totaling 101 athletes. Data collection used The Psychological Skills Inventory for Sports (PSIS) questionnaire. The research results show that the psychological profile of North Sumatra PON athletes heading towards PON XXI 2024 is generally in good condition.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) subjects in elementary schools in Tambakromo District. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved 11 PJOK teachers as respondents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results show that the curriculum has been implemented with learning plans tailored to students' needs, student-centered execution, and both formative and summative assessments. The main challenges include limited facilities and infrastructure and the application of differentiated learning. This study emphasizes the importance of ongoing support to improve the effectiveness of curriculum implementation.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the background of the problem at State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari, which is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire recapitulation. The percentage of student behavioral deviations at State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari falls into the high category, partly due to the influence of deviations at 34.7% and factors contributing to student behavioral deviations amounting to 88%, which are categorized as dominant. The researcher observed that students tend to have inconsistent Intrapersonal Skills and Interpersonal Skills, which affects physical education learning. Dominance occurs in the factors causing deviations in student behavior, namely individual and group factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the integration between intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills on physical education learning. This research is a quantitative study. The approach used is descriptive, correlational, and experimental, consisting of experimental group I: integration of intrapersonal skills; experimental group II: integration of intrapersonal skills and control group. The research data source is the eighth-grade students of State Junior High School 3 Bantarsari for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used paired and independent simple t-tests. This research produced significant data on the influence of Intrapersonal skills and Interpersonal skills on physical education learning. The study also found the development of an integration program through physical education learning, namely 1) Intrapersonal Skills (Goal Setting, Time Management, Leadership, Emotional Skills) and 2) Interpersonal Skills (Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication, Social Skills, and Problem Solving & Decision Making).(L. D. Cronin & Allen, 2017). The conclusion is that the application of the experimental group integrating intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills through the paired sample t-test shows a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the pre-post test experimental class with intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills compared to the post-test control class. (non integrasi). In the independent sample t-test, the significance value was found to be < 0.005, concluding that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effect between PJOK learning integrated with interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills and non-integration.

Abstract

Akurasi passing memegang peran penting dalam permainan futsal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing aktif berpasangan dan berkelompok terhadap akurasi passing pada Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA N 2 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan pola Two Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta laki-laki futsal SMA N 2 Purbalingga. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 pemain Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA N 2 Purbalingga tahun 2024 dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes akurasi passing Suparjo. Hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil pada kelompok eksperimen 1 diketahui thitung = 10, 247 > ttabel = 2,262, berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan passing aktif berpasangan, pada kelompok eksperimen 2 diketahui thitung = 5,075 > ttabel 2,262, berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan passing aktif berkelompok. Berdasarkan analisis data maka diketahui peningkatan persentase latihan passing aktif berpasangan sebesar 40,69% dan latihan passing aktif berkelompok sebesar 19,76%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode latihan passing aktif berpasangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada metode latihan passing aktif berkelompok terhadap akurasi passing pada Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA N 2 Purbalingga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter dalamRPP PJOK Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Rakit. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancaradan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter sudah terintegrasi dalam RPPPJOK. Dari 18 aspek pendidikan karakter yang dianalisis, dapat ditemukan bahwasebanyak 10 aspek pendidikan karakter sudah terintegrasi dalam RPP yang antara lainreligius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, demokratis, kerja keras, kreatif, rasa ingin tahu,komunikatif, dan tanggung jawab. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besarpendidikan karakter sudah diintegrasikan sebanyak 10 pendidikan karakter yakni religius,jujur, disiplin, mandiri, demokratis, kerja keras, kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, komunikatif dantanggung jawab. Sebagian kecil pendidikan karakter belum terintegrasi sebanyak 8pendidikan karakter yakni toleransi, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, cinta damai,gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, dan peduli sosial.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is used in learning. However, based on the results of the observations, there are still obstacles to implementing the curriculum. The aim of this research is to find out how the Independent Learning Curriculum is implemented in Phase D Class 8 of middle schools in Karangmoncol District, with PJOK teachers as subjects. This type of qualitative descriptive research collects data without a setting from the researcher by carrying out observations, interviews, and documentation in collecting data. The aspects studied are planning, implementation, and evaluation in PJOK learning. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, it was found that in planning, all subjects had prepared teaching models before learning was carried out. Teachers prepare ATP, TP, CP, and teaching modules. During implementation, all subjects experienced problems with the type of learning material that was not in accordance with the students' wishes. The subject modifies methods, media, and games to become more interesting. In the evaluation, students solved problems and collaborated well. The obstacles are implementing differentiated learning, measuring success levels, and adapting learning media to students. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the independent curriculum in Class 8 Phase D in Karangmoncol District is going well

Abstract

There are still many smash shots during training or several matches from athletes who take part in the Rembang Workshops that are not good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fixed target drill training and changing targets on smash accuracy in Rembang Regency. The research method used experiments with ‘two groups pre-test-post-test design’. The results showed there was a significant effect on the fixed target experimental group, with the results of t count = 10.474 > t table = 2.262. There is a significant effect on the experimental group of changing targets, with the results of t count = 8.367 > t table 2.262. The target training group remains and the target changes, with the results of t count = 2.164 > t table = 2.101. Therefore, smash target training is better for smash accuracy. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in the effect of fixed target smash training methods and changing targets on smash accuracy.

Abstract

Teachers still need to gain an understanding of audio-visual-based learning media. How to make learning media, especially interactive videos. Teachers need to develop skills in creating and developing interactive learning videos that support learning activities. This training combines expository methods, demonstrations, and independent practice. This community service activity is carried out to provide training and experience through socialization and a direct approach to elementary school Physical Education teachers. This activity is carried out to increase teachers' knowledge and skills regarding learning media, in this case, interactive learning videos. Besides feeling the benefits of the action, the teachers hope there will be similar follow-up activities, such as training in making learning evaluations with google forms, training in making learning videos and optimizing the making of broadcast materials for learning materials.
