Abstract

Kata Kunci: omset; peningkatan; penyuluhan; UMKM; ABSTRACTSale Roll Nazario is one of the superior products of the Cikalongkulon sub-district because it has its own uniqueness. Even though it has been in production for 10 years, the Sale Roll Nazario product has not been able to penetrate the national market. This condition was caused by 1) the national distribution requirements had not been met, 2) the packaging was unattractive, 3) the sales process was still dependent on the weather, 4) only 1 variant had been made, 5) the marketing system was still conventional. This PKM was carried out with the aim of educating one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) domiciled in Cikalongkulon, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province through counseling activities using the following procedures: 1) problem identification, 2) program planning, 3) program implementation, and program monitoring. The results of the service show that the community has been educated about 1) fulfilling national distribution requirements. Among them are how to have a PIRT, have a Halal certificate, and expire information, 2) how to make attractive packaging, 3) make various variants, 5) change the conventional marketing system to digital Key words: education; increasing; turnover; MSME

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning independence and self-efficacy on students’ mathematical understanding ability based on Kinach’s theory. This study employs a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques consisting of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The study population includes all 10th-grade students at state Islamic senior high schools (MA Negeri) in Cianjur Regency, with a sample of 34 students from class XA selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used consist of a mathematical understanding ability test based on Kinach’s theoretical indicators in the topic of Arithmetic Sequences and Series, as well as questionnaires on learning independence and self-efficacy. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression tests, preceded by prerequisite tests including normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The results show that learning independence has a positive and significant influence on students’ mathematical understanding ability based on Kinach’s theory, with a contribution of 36.3%. Likewise, self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, contributing 69.4%. Furthermore, learning independence and self-efficacy simultaneously have a significant influence on students’ mathematical understanding ability based on Kinach’s theory, with a combined contribution of 69.7%. These findings indicate that the higher the students’ levels of learning independence and self-efficacy, the better their mathematical understanding ability as conceptualized in Kinach’s theory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical connections in solving concept problems between mathematics, mathematical concepts, and other studies, as well as the ability to connect mathematical concepts to solve problems in everyday life. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cipanas. The instruments used were test questions describing mathematical connections and interviews. The results of this study indicate that students who can connect concepts between Mathematics are 68% in the medium category, then for the ability to connect between Mathematical concepts with other studies is 63% in the medium category and for the ability to connect mathematical concepts to solve problems in everyday life. day is 81% with the High category. So it can be concluded that the percentage of mathematical connections at the VII grade junior high school level with SPLDV material is 70.6% in the high category.
