Abstract

In the context of education, the ethics of the teaching profession include standards of behavior that must be adhered to by prospective teachers during education. The ethics profession plays an important role in shaping the character of a student, guiding them in the ethical decision-making process, developing positive interpersonal relationships, and being a model of good behavior for students. Professional ethics also provide a reference in professional systems and valkatsiyon. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and literature study, with a population of Medan State University students. Data was collected through interviews using a question and answer technique. The results of the research showed that professional ethics have a role in the ethical and moral attitudes of prospective teachers. Professional ethics education in tertiary institutions will receive prospective teachers with character in the future. In the context of education, the ethics of the teaching profession include standards of behavior that must be upheld by teachers, prospective teachers who are currently studying.

Abstract

Perundungan, baik fisik maupun verbal, berdampak psikologis seperti perasaan rendah diri, minder, dan ketidakamanan di sekolah. Pencegahan memerlukan kolaborasi lintas lingkungan, dan perlindungan anak penting karena dampak serius pada perkembangan mereka. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif di SMA Katolik Trisakti, Medan, meneliti konsep, jenis, penyebab, dampak, dan pencegahan bullying. Dilakukan di kelas XI IPS 2, data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Siswa SMA Swasta Katolik Trisakti Medan dominan dalam verbal bullying, dengan 53,2% jarang, 24,4% sering, 6% selalu, dan 16,4% tidak pernah. Untuk bullying fisik, 40,4% jarang, 17,6% sering, 5,6% selalu, dan 36,4% tidak pernah. Sedangkan untuk bullying relasional, 45,2% jarang, 24,4% sering, 17,2% selalu, dan 13,2% tidak pernah. Pengenalan dan bimbingan dari orang tua dan guru penting untuk mengurangi bullying. Sekolah yang bebas dari bullying menciptakan rasa nyaman bagi siswa.
