Abstract

This study aims to, (1) develop products in the form of interactive PPT-based learning media on social studies learning on the material of Dutch colonization in Indonesia grade V SD Negeri Bangunharjo Sewon Bantul, and (2) test the feasibility of interactive PPT-based learning media on social studies learning in grade V students of SD Negeri Bangunharjo Sewon Bantul.The research method used is the development research method (Research & Development or R&D) which consists of 6 stages, namely: potential and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, design revision, and limited trial. In the sample of this study, researchers took grade V students totaling 6 people. Data collection techniques using documentation, semi-structured interviews, and observation. Validation of Interactive PPT learning media is given to two validators, namely material and media experts to determine the validity of the products developed. Student response questionnaires were given to students to determine the quality of Interactive PPT-based learning media. The data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) Interactive PPT-based learning media for grade V social studies content on the material of Dutch colonization in Indonesia has an Interactive PPT-based learning media development process (2) Interactive PPT-based learning media teaching materials obtained a feasibility percentage of 84% material experts with very feasible criteria, while from media experts obtained a feasibility percentage of 92% with very feasible criteria. Student responses from the limited trial obtained a percentage of 95.33% with very feasible criteria. So, it can be concluded that Interactive PPT-based learning media on grade V social studies content is very feasible to use as teaching material in the learning process, and is very well used during the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role and impact of the Christian counseling approach in building harmonious family relationships. By integrating Christian values such as love, forgiveness, effective communication, and peaceful conflict resolution, this approach provides a solid framework for Christian families to enhance the quality of their relationships. The research method used is a literature review analysis, examining literature related to Christian counseling theory and family dynamics. The research findings indicate that the Christian counseling approach has a significant positive impact on strengthening the emotional and spiritual bonds among family members. Integrating Christian values into the counseling process enables families to understand and resolve conflicts in accordance with Christian teachings, as well as to build healthier and more meaningful communication. These research results have important implications for family counseling practice, highlighting the importance of considering the spiritual dimension in understanding and supporting the growth of harmonious families.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh psikoedukasi terhadap peningkatan regulasi diri dan penyesuaian diri pada polisi baru di SAMAPTA Polisi Daerah Sulawesi Selatan (POLDA SULSEL). Psikoedukasi dirancang agar individu memahami konsep regulasi diri dan penyesuaian diri, termasuk aspek-aspek, peningkatan strategi, serta mengenali kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka.Sebanyak 30 subjek berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, di mana mereka mengikuti pre-test dan post-test. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan setelah sebelumnya diuji normalitasnya menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa data pre-test (p=0,011) dan post-test (p=0,141) berdistribusi normal. Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada rata-rata skor pre-test (M=6,60, SD=1,545) hingga post-test (M=8,73, SD=1,413) dengan nilai signifikan (p=0,004).Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri dan penyesuaian diri, yang selanjutnya dapat mendukung kinerja optimal serta keseimbangan individu dalam menghadapi tuntutan pekerjaan dan lingkungan.
