Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh e-kinerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi 100 responden kemudian memakai sampel jenuh untuk mendapatkan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 73 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Outer Model dan Analisis Inner Model. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh E-Kinerja; Prestasi Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of book sales through indirect distribution channels. The data used in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques through documentation and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive realization that compares with sales targets. The results showed that the sale of books via indirect distribution channels has been effective.

Abstract

This research was conducted at AIA Asuransi Slamet Riadi Branch from June to July 2023. The population in this study totaled 500 customers of AIA Asuransi Slamet Riadi Branch. The sample in this study is the Slovin formula. Thus the sample is 100 people from AIA Insurance, Slamet Riadi Branch. The data analysis method used in this study is the Sobel Test. The results showed that (1) Trust has a positive effect on price, (2) Service quality has an effect on price, (3) Trust has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (4) Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, (5) Trust has a positive effect on customer satisfaction through price, (6) price mediates the effect of trust on customer satisfaction, (7) price mediates the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction
