Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is: How does the Gempol Sari village government perform in providing public services in the field of population and apart from that, what are the forms of service? This research uses a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach with the aim of finding, conceptualizing and describing events. -events that occur at the research location and build and discover new theories related to the research matter. The focus of this research is the Government's performance in providing public services and the forms of population services provided by village officials to the community. The results of the research show that the performance of the Gempol Sari village government in providing services to the community is considered quite good, this is reflected in the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities as community servants, the work enthusiasm possessed by Gempol Sari village officials in carrying out their responsibilities, with attitudes such as The village government is able to provide a service of sufficient quality to the community. It's just that the level of discipline of Gempol Sari village officials is considered to be still lacking, thus becoming an obstacle to the service process. The performance of the village government in providing services in the population sector is seen from the process of implementing services such as procedures or procedures, timeliness and the amount of costs incurred by the community to obtain a service in the population sector which is considered very good. This is reflected in all implementation mechanisms that meet the specified criteria. such as the presence of elements of clarity and certainty, openness, efficiency and economy. The forms of services in the field of population that are often provided by the Gempol Sari village government include administrative ones which include fulfilling personal identity documents, as well as certificates relating to other population issues

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out sales procedures at PT. Edita Putra Perkasa. 2) To find out the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. Edita Putra Perkasa. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach by comparing existing theories with the reality that occurs at PT. Edita Putra Perkasa. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses three types of analysis, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data uses triangulation from other sources that can be accounted for. The results of this research show that; 1) Sales procedures at PT. Edita Putra Perkasa starts from the sales department, getting and receiving orders from customers and preparing the goods to be delivered. Then the administration section receives payment from the buyer then hands over the goods to the buyer then provides proof of purchase in the form of a note/receipt and the recording section records the results of the sales transactions that have occurred. 2) Research results regarding the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. Edita Putra Perkasa already has a compatibility between the theory used and the reality that occurred. Where the 4 (four) components of the accounting system contained in the theory used are in accordance with the conditions that occur and there is conformity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Puskesmas Services as the First Health Facility in the BPJS Program at the Karawaci Baru Health Center, Tangerang City. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive type and uses primary and secondary data sources by determining informants using a purposive sampling technique of 5 (five) people then data is collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques after that it is analyzed using data reduction techniques, presentation data and drawing conclusions as well as the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that in terms of service quality it can be said that it is still not good. This shows that the existing facilities are still very much needed, in order to provide quality services to the community. Good productivity from sufficient medical equipment and health workers have good skills which can be seen in terms of officer discipline, clarity of responsible officers, timeliness and fast action. Morale is meaningful between the provision of incentives and morale, if the provision of incentives is fulfilled it will be able to encourage the morale of health workers in carrying out their duties because the level of morale possessed by a person can be judged from what is achieved and what is desired. The flexibility of adaptation that exists between officers and patients is considered to have fulfilled what was needed at that time, namely to be noticed by officers both during treatment in the room and while they were waiting

Abstract

The wage system is part of the protection of workers' rights which requires business institutions that have management and employ employees to pay wages. PT. Enlka Mitra Perkasa as a business institution that employs employees is included in the scope of business institutions that must provide wages in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Provisions in the Labor Law and its implementing regulations apply to employees of PT. Enlka Mighty Partners. In this study, the researcher proposed nyitepeeep nypynitiep ""How is the implementation of the wage system based on Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at PT. Enlka Mitra Perkasa? One of the research objectives is to find out about wages and their implementation at PT Enlka Mitra Perkasa. Type of research Field research was used in this study.The data collection tool used interviews, documentation, and observation.The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis techniques which consisted of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the minimum wage at PT Enlka Mitra Perkasa is not in accordance with the 2023 Tangerang City UMK of Rp. 4,584,519, per month. The wage system at PT. Enlka Mitra Perkasa pays attention to achievements, positions and length of service. For permanent employees, the lowest salary is Rp. 3.300.000,- Determination of employee status is assessed from their performance during the training period. As for the training period, employees receive a salary of Rp. 2.500.000,- excluding meal allowance Rp. 12,000, - and transportation Rp. 7,000,- PT. Enlka Mitra Perkasa provides bonuses, incentives and THR to employees. Bonuses are given to employees when they are able to sell products according to the target, the amount of incentives is given in accordance with the procedures and position of the employee

Abstract

The increasing number of migrants from outside the region has resulted in an increase in the volume of waste in the city. Waste management is an effort to prevent the volume of waste from having a negative impact on the environment. The local government takes over official duties to play a role in realizing policies and providing services directly to the community, as the Tangerang City Environmental Service is responsible for carrying out waste management as a form of realization of the mandate of the Mayor of Tangerang Regulation Number 144 of 2021 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Office Work Procedures Tangerang City Environment. This study aims to describe the role of the Tangerang City Environmental Service regarding Waste Handling carried out in Tangerang City. Using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection with documentation, namely collecting primary and secondary data through various sources. The results showed that the role of the Tangerang City Environmental Service was relatively high. From the two indicators to see the role of the agency, there are supporting factors, namely the formulation of policies in the form of rules marked by a work plan, clear vision and mission, SOP, and organizational structure. As for the inhibiting factors, namely the researchers saw a lack of facilities because the accumulation of waste on one land still depended on the Rawa Kucing TPA whose capacity was already overloaded, damage to supporting facilities, and socialization that was not comprehensive so that there were still people who did not sort waste from home. Therefore, the Tangerang City Environmental Service can increase active participation of the community in a sustainable manner in implementing the 3R movement by providing facilities and infrastructure for waste transportation and processing, waste alms movement, outreach/education on waste management, assistance/guidance of waste banks

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the orderly management of the Curug Market, Tangerang Perumda Regency by the Kerta Raharja Commercial Market. Therefore, the focus of this research is the Order Management of the Curug Market, Tangerang Perumda Regency by the Kerta Raharja Commercial Market. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research uses strategic management theory, including environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, as well as evaluation and control, including looking at opportunities, strengths, and reducing weaknesses in the Perumda Pasar Niaga Kerta Raharja environment. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation and member checks. The research results show that Perumda Pasar Niaga Kerta Raharja Pasar Curug in managing market order is still not optimal. This is because it is hampered by employee discipline and lack of participation by traders. Lack of education among employees is an inhibiting factor in the process of socializing traders and providing infrastructure to support work programs. To improve optimization. Perumda Pasar Niaga Kerta Raharja Pasar Curug needs to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources

Abstract

In this study, there was a sample of 104 people, consisting of the sub-district head, the sub-district secretary, the head of the empowerment section, 3 village heads and 98 people from the Larangan sub-district community. The sampling technique used for the community uses the purpose sampling method, namely determining the sample with certain considerations because the number is large and adjusted to the research objectives. For sub-district heads, sub-district secretaries and heads of community empowerment sections, the census collection technique was used. The data collection technique used in this research was primary data collected by filling out questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data was obtained by observation. In analyzing the researcher used table tools. Based on the analysis carried out by the researchers, it can be concluded that the Optimization of the Subdistrict Head's Duties in Coordinating Community Empowerment Activities in Larangan District, Tangerang City has been considered quite good. To further increase community participation in carrying out community empowerment activities, the sub-district should conduct training for the community to provide input and knowledge, so that the community has the ability to participate in empowerment programs carried out by the sub-district, so that it can produce quality human resources
