Abstract

The economic conditions of the parents of children at both the elementary and high school levels in Pliwetan Village varied, starting from the lower, middle and upper economic levels. this makes the economic conditions of parents do not have a significant effect on children's motivation to study at school. This research aims to find out how the impact of poverty on children's learning motivation. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study showed that most parents in Pliwetan village, Palang sub-district, belonged to the lower middle category, so that the role of parents towards their children was not fulfilled. Therefore, the impact of parents' economic conditions makes children participate in helping the family economy so that this affects children's learning motivation at school.

Abstract

Islamic religion in particular is an important component of education that must be taught to all students, even those who are deaf. Due to their hearing limitations, deaf children have special difficulties when learning the Qur'ān. Qur'ānic learning strategies for severely deaf children - that is, children who have both deafness and hearing loss - will be discussed in this article. Children who are severely deaf and have low literacy levels will have difficulty understanding the language around them. The technique of lip reading and writing Hijaiyah letters is used in the Qur'ānic learning method used in this study. Deaf children are instructed to practice their lips according to the makhorijul of the hijaiyah letters. It takes about six months to learn the hijaiyah letters by heart, with specific learning stages and techniques used. A descriptive qualitative methodology combining observation, interviews and documentation was used in this study. The information collected is presented in the form of images, videos and text. This research provides an alternative to efficiently teach deaf children to recite the Qur'an through the application of this method. Abstract

The purpose of discipline research in pesantren is to maintain discipline at all times so that students do not commit or repeat offenses. Therefore, the way to create awareness of santri discipline can be achieved through humanistic education, namely always fostering good behavior and mutual respect between fellow human beings. Humanistic coaching of santri discipline in An-nur Islamic boarding school through environmental arrangements that support santri discipline such as mosques, dormitories and schools. Furthermore, the child-friendly boarding school program uses logical consequences so that there is no cruel punishment system, no more corporal punishment or the like on students. This type of research uses field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data generated from interviews and observations were then analyzed qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is carried out to understand the meaning of the data obtained. This research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of student discipline coaching at An-Nur Islamic Boarding School and other boarding schools

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach that uses thematic analysis techniques. In the research that will be involved there are ten subjects, namely, five respondents from students who have experienced punishment during the disciplinary process and five active students who are minimal in violations. Data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Thus, this study can provide insight into the character and morals of students. the factors that cause students who receive punishment in the disciplinary process and the impact of students after receiving punishment in discipline. receiving punishment in the disciplinary process at the boarding school is a process that is instilled so that students are active and firm in discipline. So it is important for administrators or caregivers to model a disciplined life in boarding schools and create a safe and respectful environment for fellow non-nurturing administrators, to support the superior character of students in carrying out discipline.

Abstract

The phenomenon of illegal racing in Indonesia is a social problem that often involves teenagers and receives media attention. Illegal racing is a motorized racing activity carried out on the highway without official permission, often causing noise and endangering safety. This study aims to understand adolescents' religious attitudes towards the phenomenon of illegal racing by exploring their understanding of religious values as well as factors that influence these attitudes, such as religious education, social environment, and peer influence. The research method used is a phenomenological case study, with data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of related documents. The results show that teenagers with a strong religious understanding tend to reject illegal racing because it contradicts religious values. In contrast, adolescents who lack strong religious education or are influenced by negative social environments are more likely to engage in this practice. This study provides insights into the importance of religious education and social norm enforcement in reducing the phenomenon of illegal racing, and offers a basis for the development of more effective religious education programs and policies that can improve community safety and well-being

Abstract

This study aims to examine the introduction of Braille hijaiyah letters for the visually impaired, as well as the challenges faced during this process. Despite various obstacles, visually impaired learners remain determined to study the words of Allah in their later years, so that the teachings of the Qur’an can serve as guidance in their daily lives. This research employs a qualitative method. The subjects of the study are teachers from the KBM Taman District participating in the PERTUNI program. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that learning is conducted through a combination of classical and individual approaches, utilizing both teaching aids and the read-listen technique. Although there are challenges, such as limited memory capacity among participants—most of whom are elderly—the program continues to run effectively and adaptively. Learning media such as the Braille Qur’an have proven to be effective in introducing hijaiyah letters to visually impaired learners. This program demonstrates that inclusive Qur’anic education can be accessed by all groups, including those with visual disabilities, through appropriate methods and a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Peineiliitiian iinii beirtujuan untuk : Meinjeilaskan peinggunaan meidiia peimbeilajaran Peita Hajii dalam meiniingkatkan peimahaman siiswa tiingkat meineingah teirhadap mateirii Hajii. Fokus peineiliitiian iinii meincakup bagaiimana Peita Hajii dapat meimbantu siiswa meiniingkatkan keiteirliibatan meireika dalam proseis beilajar, dan akhiirnya, meimpeirmudah peimahaman meireika teirhadap konseip-konseip yang ada pada mateirii Hajii. Tujuan iinii akan meimbantu dalam meingeimbangkan peimbahasan yang leibiih meindalam meingeinaii peiran Peita Hajii seibagaii meidiia peimbeilajaran dalam meiniingkatkan peimahaman siiswa teirhadap mateirii Hajii. Peineiliitiian iinii sangatlah peintiing untuk diikajii kareina meidiia peimbeilajaran Peita Hajii dapat meinjadii solusii untuk masalah yang muncul teirutama pada mateirii hajii. Guru dapat meinggunakan meidiia iinii untuk meinyajiikan mateirii seihiingga siiswa dapat meimahamii konseip peimbeilajaran deingan mudah. Peingalaman beilajar dan peimahaman siiswa juga dapat diitiingkatkan deingan meidiia peimbeilajaran Peita Hajii. Dalam konteiks iinii, peinggunaan meidiia Peita Hajii juga seijalan deingan peindeikatan peimbeilajaran konteikstual (conteixtual teiachiing and leiarniing), yaiitu peindeikatan peimbeilajaran yang meingaiitkan mateirii peilajaran deingan siituasii duniia nyata siiswa. Meilaluii peimbeilajaran konteikstual, siiswa tiidak hanya meineiriima iinformasii seicara pasiif, teitapii juga diiajak untuk meinghubungkan mateirii yang diipeilajarii deingan peingalaman dan keihiidupan seiharii-harii meireika. Deingan Peita Hajii, siiswa dapat meimbayangkan seicara konkreit proseis iibadah Hajii, lokasii-lokasii peintiing, seirta urutan peilaksanaannya, seihiingga peimbeilajaran meinjadii leibiih beirmakna dan mudah diiiingat.

Abstract

Fenomena penggemar budaya korea (Korean Wave) di kalangan remaja muslimah telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keagamaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman remaja muslimah yang merupakan penggemar K-pop dalam menggabungkan kegemaran terhadap budaya populer dengan identitas keagaman yang dianutnya, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan atau konflik nilai yang mereka hadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Husserl (epoche), yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman subjektif individu. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dari delapan siswi SMA PGRI 1 Sidoarjo yang merupakan penggemar K-pop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja muslimah secara aktif terlibat dalam proses reflektif untuk menyeimbangkan nilai-nilai agama dengan aktivitas fandom, termasuk pengendalian diri dalam konsumsi budaya dan manajemen waktu yang efektif. Sikap religius berfungsi sebagai filter penting yang mengatur seleksi budaya dan mencegah tindakan konsumsi berlebihan. Selain itu, dukungan sosial dari teman sebaya dan keluarga memperkuat komitmen mereka terhadap nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini kontribusi pada pemahaman proses negosiasi identitas yang adaptif namun kritis di Tengah globalisasi, serta menekankan pentingnya kesadaran religius dalam menghadapi tantangan budaya populer
