<![CDATA[Kebutuhan untuk sistem informasi merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk menjalankan proses bisnis. Sebagai perkembangan teknologi sangat diperlukan ketika teknologi informasi benar-benar mendukung sistem informasi formulir yang diperlukan. Metode Kano dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kebutuhan sistem informasi pasien. Dengan proses metode Kano digunakan didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk sistem informasi. karena metode ini bertujuan untuk mengatagorikan kano perlu atribut sistem informasi. ketidaktahuan atribut layanan dapat menyebabkan negatif untuk layanan perusahaan. <![CDATA[The complicated to determine total of product will be production with stock, make the process of decision be slowly. The purpose of this research for implementated fuzzy logic Mamdani method for determine the total of production basis on the total of stock and the total of request at OSI Electronics Batam, Corp and description of accuracy level. The first process analyze the corporation data with total 12 data start from January – December 2015. The data will be processed using MATLAB application with first step is fuzzyfication defene the membership function. There are 2 information as fuzzy input request and stock and will be processed using triangle and trapezoid membership function. Next step is implicated all rules and this research using 26 rules, rule compositions and the last step is defuzzyfication using bisector method. The accuracy using fuzzy logic that was built were 91,67% and error 9,37%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to implement fuzzy logic to determine acceptance Beras Miskin and describe the level of accuracy. implement some of the possibilities in the selection of poor rice Admission for people less able to match. In this study, to analyze Logiak fuzzy using MATLAB software Help. There are 7 information used as input fuzzy. Input fuzzy model using triangular and trapezoidal membership functions to construct fuzzy rules on the 87 data, so there are 54 fuzzy rules. Having obtained fuzzy rules of inference process is then performed and defuzzification. Inference is the method mamdani. Results defuzzification is the value for Determining Acceptance Beras Miskin divided into two categories: Receiving and Not Receiving. Fuzzy model that has been built will be testing the model by determining the level of accuracy and error of the model. With the results of 95.4% with an error of 4.6%.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract-- The knowledge of recitation is one of the conditions for how to read the Qur'an properly and correctly so that the meaning does not change or is wrong. In Tajweed the entry and exit of letters, correct pronunciation, and the relationship between one letter to another. There are problems faced in Al Fauzan TPQ where children are reciting lazy to learn to read books, lazy learning to recite, difficult to understand the lessons that have been received so it will be very difficult to understand or understand the lessons that have been given to teachers. even the teaching process is still traditional and monotonous. The design of the game uses the construct2 assistance application, as a helper design process using the Start UML application, Adobe Photo Shop, and uses the waterfall design method for the flow in its completion. <![CDATA[Abstract-- Eggplant is one type of fruit plants that can be processed into vegetables to be consumed as supporting energy in the human body, although this type of plant is not a basic necessity but always in demand by household consumers as a feeding menu enhancer. The eggplant does not necessarily grow and thrive. Based on observations in this season, many farmers suffer damage to the eggplant until the eggplant dies and cause crop failure. Facts show that eggplant plants have a wide range of distractions for survival and development. In recent seasons farmers have detected natural disruption of plants with the facts that occur in plants and also conduct preventive techniques naturally, because there is no system to be a consulting container for farmers who can help in detecting pests and diseases especially in eggplant plants. In this issue researchers do a study by designing a system based to diagnose the problem of crop disorders. The method used in this system is forward chaining method with best-first search technique. This web base system can be used to find solutions for farmers in controlling pest and disease problems. In the design of this system researchers use the programming language Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram in Model groove on the system. PHP programming language, MySql, PhpmyAdmin. This web-based system is presented to the farmer community in order to use the most reliable control in crop interference. <![CDATA[Abstract Computer information technology in helping human life is growing very rapidly. This technological development is also supported by internet technology which can be accessed by everyone. The development of the internet can also support the learning and teaching process. Because the internet is a computer component in a computer network that can connect these components throughout the world computer network. So from that, to support the learning process it is necessary to apply the use of the internet in a healthy and safe manner. Healthy and safe use of the internet can protect internet users to avoid dangers and crimes that occur in cyberspace or are committed online. The use of the internet among adolescents is dominated by use in social media. Therefore, teenagers need to be given an understanding of using the internet safely and healthily in order to create a good learning process. This coaching is carried out on adolescents in Pesona Rhabayu housing, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. This socialization provides understanding and solutions for adolescents in using the internet wisely so that they can improve learning and be error-free in using the internet so as not to damage the nation's young generation. Karena internet merupakan komponen komputer dalam jaringan komputer yang dapat menghubungkan komponen tersebut di seluruh jaringan komputer dunia. Maka dari padahal tersebut untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran perlu diterapkan penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman. Penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman dapat melindungi para pengguna internet untuk terhindar dari bahaya dan kejahatan yang terjadi di dunia maya atau dilakukan secara online. Penggunaan internet dikalangan remaja didominasi oleh penggunaan dalam media sosial. Maka dari hal tersebut para remaja perlu diberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan internet dengan aman dan sehat agar tercipta proses belajar yang baik. Pembinaan ini dilakukan pada remaja pada Perum Pesona Rhabayu Kelurahan Patam Lestari Kecamatan Sekupang Batam. <![CDATA[Perkembangan Teknologi Komputer saat ini telah berkembang dengan sangat pesat, hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia tidak terlepas dari pemanfaatan teknologi komputer. Perkembangan teknologi juga di dukungan perkembangan internet bagi semua kalangan mulai dari anak kecil sampai orang dewasa semua menggunakan internet untuk menunjang aktivitas kegiatan. Perkembangan teknologi juga dapat dirasakan dalam penggunaan internet sebagai media pembelajaran. Prestasi belajar merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiantan belajar, karena dari kegiatan belajaran yang baik maka didapatlah prestasi yang baik juga. Sedang internet merupakan sebuah media komunikasi global yang menghubungkan komponen-komponen komputer dalam jaringan-jaringan komputer diseluruh dunia. Internet dalam dunia pendidikan dapat menyediakan akses seperti perpustakaan online, sumber literatur dan akses materi pembelajaran dapat di akses dengan mudah dengan melalui internet. Melalui pemanfaatan internet dalam dunia pendidikan harus digunakan secara maksimal dan bijaksanaan dalam penggunaannya sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan pemanfaatan yang nanti bisa merusak generasi muda bangsa. Dalam penggunaan internet juga bisa meningkatkan kemandirian belajar. Kemandirian belajar juga diperlukan untuk mendorong siswa agar berjalar secara inisiatif dan mamacu diri untuk belajar terus menerus. Kemandirian belar juga mendorong untuk menjadi kepribadian yang penuh percaya diri. Kemandirian dalam belajar juga mendorong siswa untuk belajar secara displin dan penuh percaya diri serta tidak lagi bergantungan kepada orang lain.
