Abstract

Secara umum pengelolaan sampah organik masih menjadi masalah besar karena biasanya langsung dibuang di TPA tanpa diolah atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu serta dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti emisi gas, gas rumah kaca, gas metana yang berasal dari proses dekomposisi anaerobik sehingga dapat menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap, selain itu lindi dari sampah berpotensi sebagai pencemar lingkungan. Salah satu jenis sampah yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali adalah sampah buah. Ekoenzim merupakan cairan alami serbaguna yang berasal dari sisa buah/sayur, gula dan air. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir. Pada kegiatan ini dibuat ekoenzim dengan memanfaatkan bahan sampah organik dari kulit buah. Proses fermentasi ekoenzim, senyawa organik diurai untuk memperoleh energi dari mikroorganisme. Ekoenzim dilihat dari segi ekonomi salah satunya dapat mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk membeli bahan antimikroba dan antibakterial. Apabila ekoenzim dibuat dalam jumlah banyak akan menunjang perekonomian rumah tangga karena ekoenzim dapat dimanfaatkan dari segala aspek, misalnya dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk maupun sebagai bahan pembersih. Limbah kulit buah diolah menjadi produk ekoenzim dengan menambahkan gula aren sebagai substrat dan difermentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari fermentasi selama tiga bulan berupa cairan berwarna kuning kecokelatan dengan aroma asam segar dan endapan berwarna kuning. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ekoenzim yang dibuat layak untuk digunakan sesuai peruntukannya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Product Completeness and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Queen Bikers Shop in Padang City. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. This study used 97 respondents as a research sample by conducting a survey of consumers at the Queen Bikers Shop shop. The results of the study prove that the two variables, namely Product Completeness and Service Quality, have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Queen Bikers Shop.Keywords: Product Completeness, Service Quality, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Religion plays an important role in human life. Religion has a very dominant role in the formation of human personality because religion is the main source of foundation in the dimension of human life in shaping human personality, through disclosing spiritual values, creed values, worship practices, so as to give birth to individuals who are obedient and diligent in carrying out religious values. Obedience and adherence to religious values ​​not only shape individual personality, but are manifested from these personality values ​​can organize their lifestyle so that they can live life in a calm, orderly and neat manner. In this study, it is seen how the role of students' knowledge of religion and the environment has on the level of awareness of these students in managing waste, especially in the school environment. Using a total sample of 100 students, questionnaires are administered and the results obtained are processed with artificial intelligence using the rough set method. The results obtained were 8 new rules which were set as a reference in the future to change the behavior of students who are aware of better waste management.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer purchases at kenangan coffee shop in pekanbaru city riau. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. This study used 97 respondents as a research sample by conducting a survey to consumers of Kenangan Coffee Connoisseurs in Pekanbaru City Riau. The results of the study prove that the variables of Price and Promotion, partially have no effect on consumer decisions. However, simultaneously there is a significant influence or a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions at the Kenangan coffee shop in Pekanbaru City, Riau.

Abstract

One part of the influence of technological developments is fishermen's fishing gear. The aim of using modern fishing gear is to make it easier for fishermen to reach a wider range of fishing activities and optimize their catch. However, not all fishing gear used by fishermen can have a positive effect on preserving the aquatic environment. Such as the use of trawl nets, chemicals and explosives can damage the potential of marine resources. It is necessary to understand and raise awareness among fishermen regarding the use of fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly. The Method for Conveying Understanding of the Integration of Environmentally Friendly Fishing Equipment Technology for Fishermen in the city of Padang is a form of Tridharma tertiary service for lecturers at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Sumatra in creating resources that understand the sustainability of water potential so that they can be utilized sustainably for future generations. The results of this service activity motivate fishermen to work together to protect the aquatic environment by not using fishing gear that can damage the waters and have the potential to protect aquatic resources in the future.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Role of E-WOM, Location and Physical Evidence on Intention to visit Hotel Rahayo Basa Padang. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. This study used 100 respondents as a research sample by surveying visitors to the Padang Rangkayo Basa Hotel. The results of the study prove that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Intention to visit with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. Location also has a positive and significant effect on Intention to visit with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. Physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on Intention to visit with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The ability of the independent variables, E-WOM, Location and Physical evidence on the dependent variable, namely Intention to visit, is 92.7%.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media marketing and visual content as key variables in driving customer engagement on the Shopee e-commerce platform. With the rapid growth of the digital economy, brands' ability to effectively engage with their customers through digital channels is crucial. Using a quantitative approach, this study collected data through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, who were active users and followers of Shopee's social media accounts. Social media variables were measured based on the frequency and quality of interactions on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Meanwhile, visual content variables were assessed based on the attractiveness, informativeness, and uniqueness of posted product photos and videos. Customer engagement variables were measured through interaction indicators such as likes, comments, shares, and participation in promotions. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that both variables, namely social media and visual content, had a positive and significant influence on customer engagement, both partially and simultaneously. Specifically, these findings highlight that the quality of visual content plays a more dominant role in triggering customer interaction. Visual content that is aesthetically designed and provides clear information is proven to be more effective in building emotional connections and sustained interactions. The implications of this study offer strategic insights for Shopee marketing teams and other e-commerce players, emphasizing the importance of optimal resource allocation to produce creative and engaging visual content, as well as personalizing interactions on social media to build stronger customer loyalty.
