Abstract

A Coral Reef has an important role in keeping a balanced ecosystem in the ocean. This research aims to develop a mobile application to track and classify to identify Coral Reefs with a presentation of information names of species, the type of classification of coral (hard or soft coral), accuracy, and area distribution that has been recorded before in certain areas. This research, utilized Flutter for deploying a mobile application, Deep Learning of Transfer Learning (TL) ResNet-50 for the classification of Coral Reefs, and the Google Cloud Platform used to deploy Rest API and deploy model TL ResNet-50 has been created, then the MongoDB database for storing data of the Coral Reef. A species of Coral Reef that could be classified to identify i.e. Acropora Clathrata, Acropora Florida, Cyphastrea Microphthalma, Diploastrea Heliopora, and Pachyseris Speciosa. A total dataset of a Coral Reef has 2197 images and is trained with TL ResNet-50 and it has resulted in an accuracy of 0.9594 or 96% for the classification of Corel Reef. We used the Scrum framework to produce a product in a short time and assist to manage process application development.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan perekonomian di Kabupaten Garut, dengan pengelolaan pariwisata yang baik diharapkan mampu memberikan keuntungan yang lebih maksimal kepada pelaku industri pariwisata. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan peran teknologi sebagai media promosi untuk memberikan informasi mengenai destinasi pariwisata yang ada di Garut kepada wisatawan. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut telah menggunakan website (https://visitgarut.garutkab.go.id/) sebagai media untuk pengelolaan dan memperkenalkan wisata. Meskipun demikian, upaya yang lebih intensif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku industri pariwisata dan minat wisatawan. Terdapat strategi tambahan yang dapat dilakukan sebagai penunjang dalam menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke tempat wisata yaitu dengan aplikasi berbasis mobile (mengintegrasikan informasi destinasi pariwisata dari website ke dalam aplikasi mobile android), fitur pada aplikasi Pesona Garut yaitu memiliki akses pada perangkat keras yaitu GPS yang dapat memberikan panduan navigasi rute lokasi. Aplikasi pesona garut dibuat menggunakan framework flutter dengan database MySQL yang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner, dan didukung dengan model pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan scrum framework. Aplikasi pesona garut ini menyediakan layanan seperti memberikan informasi mengenai destinasi pariwisata yang ada disekitar wilayah Garut seperti wisata alam, wisata buatan, budaya, akomodasi, transportasi, dan restoran berbasis mobile. Untuk memperluas jangkauan aplikasi ini sudah terdapat di playstore.

Abstract

This research presents the design and development of a web-based village administration service information system in Ciomas Village, Ciamis Regency. The background of the study is the suboptimal village administration service that still relies on physical form filling and written communication, resulting in delays in serving the community. In this research, the prototype method was chosen as the software development approach, allowing for iteration and active user participation. The system built includes essential features such as citizen data management, online service submission, complaints, validation, verification, tracking, and document downloads. The aim of this research is to build a web-based village administration service information system using the Prototype method. The proposed system will facilitate villagers in accessing administration services online, improve the efficiency of village administration processes, and minimize the potential for human errors in data management. Black box testing and usability testing results show that the system has good learnability and memorability and has incorporated essential features in village administration services. In conclusion, this web-based village administration service information system has the potential to improve the efficiency and quality of village administration services, providing a suitable solution for the issues faced in Ciomas Village and serving as a guide for other villages adopting a similar system. Abstract

Technology has a very important role in various fields, one of which is in the medical field. the use of technology in the medical field can be used to assist in the management of patient administration data up to medical examinations of patients related to medical data. Cases of diseases that require management of medical data on a routine scale, namely Diabetes Mellitus (DM). According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Data Atlas for 2021, Indonesia is ranked 5th with the largest number of diabetics in the world by showing an increase in the number of sufferers almost doubling in the past two years, namely 19.46 million cases [1]. With this large number of cases, the management of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is needed in patients regularly. Because the fundamental thing in the management of DM, especially type 2 DM is a change in lifestyle, including a good diet and regular exercise. The individual's ability to manage daily life, control, and reduce the impact of the disease suffered by patients is known as self-management. The main objective of the DM monitoring system in the management of DM is to regulate glucose levels within normal limits to reduce symptoms and prevent complications that occur in people with DM. The research method used in the development of this self-management application is the Scrum method. The research results obtained are an information system to monitor diabetes blood sugar that makes it easier for diabetics to monitor their health independently.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan CV Marecayasa Media diperoleh data bahwa yang menjadi masalah yaitu dalam proses melakukan presensi yang masih menggunakan cara manual seperti karyawan harus mengisi google form yang di buat terlebih dahulu menyebabkan seringnya terjadi manipulasi data seolah olah karyawan tersebut masuk dikarenakan sulit untuk mengenali karyawan hanya dalam bentuk namanya saja pada saat melakukan presensi. Dari permasalahan tersebut di atas maka penulis membangun Aplikasi Presensi Berbasis Mobile Dengan Face Recognition dengan tujuan Aplikasi ini agar memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan presensi masuk, presensi keluar, izin sakit dan izin cuti, serta membantu meminimalisir manipulasi data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak (Scrum) yaitu dari Analisis Kebutuhan, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Sprint, Sprint Review dan Pengujian (Testing). Untuk peracangannya pada aplikasi presensi berbasis mobile dengan face recognition ini di bangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrorgraman Dart, dengan framework Flutter, serta untuk databasenya menggunakan Postgresql dan Backend API menggunakan baha pemrograman Golang dengan framework GO-Fiber. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah di lakukan menggunakan pengujian system black box rancang bangun aplikasi presensi berbasis mobile dengan face recognition berhasil di bangun dan menggunakan uat testing (User Acceptance Testing) mendapatkan presentase sekitar 95% dari aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

The utilization of palm veins in vascular biometrics is widely recognized, offering significant potential and challenges for advancing individual recognition technology. Deep learning has played a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of these recognition systems. In this study, we proposed combining Attention-RNN and Dense Layer. To validate this proposed method, three deep learning model scenarios were implemented: (1) a combined Dense Layer with RNN, (2) an Attention-RNN model, and (3) a combined Attention-RNN with a Dense Layer for palm vein recognition. Experimental results demonstrated that the Attention-RNN combined with the Dense Layer achieved the highest accuracy, outperforming the other two models. The model’s performance was evaluated on two datasets, achieving 95% accuracy on the Kaggle dataset and 83% on the CASIA dataset, confirming its effectiveness in palm vein recognition.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve the transparency and efficiency of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah (ZIS) management at Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Bandung Regency, through the implementation of a web-based information system. The main problem faced by the partner was the manual and unstructured recording and reporting process, as well as the low accessibility of information for congregants. The methods used included consultation to identify needs, science and technology substitution to implement modern systems, and technical training for mosque administrators. The results showed that the administrators were able to operate the system independently, with a level of understanding reaching 93.5% with an average evaluation score of 3.74 out of 4. The developed information system supports transaction recording, financial reporting, and transparent ZIS fund distribution. Additionally, the activity produced outputs in the form of a web application, digital training modules, and technical documentation that can be used sustainably. This program contributes significantly to strengthening accountability and congregational engagement in religious social fund management. Keywords: accountability; information system; training; web application; zakat Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi pengelolaan zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah (ZIS) di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Kab. Bandung melalui implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah proses pencatatan dan pelaporan manual yang tidak terstruktur serta rendahnya akses informasi bagi jamaah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi konsultasi untuk identifikasi kebutuhan, substitusi ipteks untuk penerapan teknologi, serta pelatihan teknis untuk pengurus masjid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengurus masjid mampu mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri dengan tingkat pemahaman mencapai 93.5% dengan skor rata-rata evaluasi sebesar 3.74 dari 4. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mendukung pencatatan transaksi, pelaporan keuangan, serta transparansi distribusi dana ZIS. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa aplikasi web, modul pelatihan digital, dan dokumentasi teknis yang dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat akuntabilitas dan keterlibatan jamaah dalam pengelolaan dana sosial keagamaan. Abstract

Affordable home surveillance systems increasingly require on-device intelligence to mitigate privacy risks, network dependency, and response latency associated with cloud-based video analytics. This research develops an edge-based person detection system utilizing a quantized MobileNetV2 architecture (α = 0.1) deployed on an ESP32-CAM module, integrated with the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol for real-time alert delivery. To construct the dataset, image data were collected via a motion-triggered acquisition setup employing a passive infrared (PIR) sensor, resulting in a total of 500 manually labeled images categorized into person and non-person classes. The model was trained in over 40 epochs with a learning rate of 0.001, utilizing data augmentation and INT8 quantization to optimize embedded deployment. Performance was evaluated using a 23% testing split (116 unseen images), yielding an overall accuracy of 78.45%. For the person class, the model achieved 90.00% precision, 77.78% recall, and an 83.44% F1-score. On-device deployment via TensorFlow Lite required a peak RAM of 485.4 KB and 102.1 KB of flash memory. The average inference time was recorded at 1018 ms per frame, which limits continuous high-framerate processing but remains feasible for basic surveillance at approximately 1 frame per second. Finally, MQTT communication via an EMQX broker successfully transmitted detection alerts and image links to a mobile application for real-time monitoring and storage.
