Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behavior dari para dosen Perguruan Tinggi dengan mediasi Knowledge Acquisition, dan Knowledge Distribution. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 93 responden dari para dosen di Perguruan Tinggi Surabaya, dimana pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan ala tolah data Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian: Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Knowledge Acquisition, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Knowledge Distribution, Knowledge Acquisition tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Knowledge Distribution berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Work Behavior melalui Knowledge Acquisition, dan Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Work Behavior melalui Knowledge Distribution. Implikasi dari penelitian yaitu terkait perlunya pengelolaan knowledge yang dimiliki oleh para dosen agar lebih berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovasi dari kinerja.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development on the quality of creative industry employees in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, a sample of 300 professionals from the creative sector was analyzed. The measurement model evaluation confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model revealed significant positive relationships between leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development with the quality of creative industry employees. The results provide valuable insights for organizational strategies and practices within the Indonesian creative industry, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership, innovative culture, and career development opportunities in enhancing the quality of creative outputs.
