Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi agama di kalangan anak anak santri melalui pengajaran mengaji dan tajwid di rumah pengajian. Dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang sederhana Melalui pengajaran yang terstruktur dan didukung oleh pendekatan yang interaktif dan inklusif, pengajaran ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penghayatan terhadap Al-Quran, serta memperbaiki bacaan dan pelafalan dalam rangka menghormati keagungan teks suci tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong partisipasi aktif dari santri agar para santri bisa memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qurannya. Dengan kegiatan ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat akar spiritual masyarakat dan memperkaya kualitas kehidupan beragama di lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin meningkat sebagai akibat dari Kekosongan guru; era digital dan kekosongan guru pendidik memberikan pengaruh terancam punah yang besar di TK-TPA Nurul Hidayah Salekowa. Berbagai  tayangan dan aplikasi permainan yang menimbulkan efek perilaku  negatif pada anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk penanaman bacaan Al-Qur’an dan sebagai solusi   kekosongan guru pendidik. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini menggunakan metode praktik seperti membaca dan menghafal  surat-surat pendek. Hasil pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan 4 hal  yaitu: kegiatan pembukaan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Masjid melakukan sosialisasi pengabdian kepada anak-anak,  Nurul Hidayah Salekowa menjadi suatu sarana berinteraksi bagi  anak-anak. Selain dari sarana untuk berinteraksi juga menjadi  tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian ini karena dengan adanya sarana  belajar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan penanaman bacaanAl-Qur’an. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan perubahan   dampak positif dan memberikan motivasi untuk penanaman bacaan Al-Qur’an yang terancam punah terhadap anak-anak di Dusun  Salekowa Khususnya RW 001/RT 001.

Abstract

Desalination is the process of removing salt from seawater or brackish water so that it can become fresh water. The term has long been coined but not many people have practised it, including members of the Lantebung Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The community of Lantebung has reportedly been experiencing clean water shortages for the past five years, while the coastal sea water of Lantebung stretches for 9.69 km. This activity aims to provide knowledge to Pokdarwis Lantebung regarding desalination, and provide training to Pokdarwis Lantebung regarding desalination mechanisms, both conventionally using sunlight through the evaporation process, as well as using water distiller purification. This community service was carried out on 26 October 2024 at the house of the Chairperson of Pokdarwis Lantebung in Lantebung, Bira Village, Tamalanrea Sub-district, Makassar City with a training theme with four main stages, namely preparation and planning, socialisation, training and application, as well as assistance and evaluation. The conclusion of the service showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of Pokdarwis Lantebung members related to desalination based on the comparison of the pre-test and post-test that had been given, where between the pre-test and post-test six presenters presented six different materials according to their fields of expertise. In addition, the training on desalination mechanisms using conventional methods and distillation methods using water distiller purification went smoothly and was fully supported through the enthusiasm of the participants in the entire series of activities.

Abstract

Employee discipline has a central role in maintaining organizational performance and achieving common goals. This research raises the issue of the influence of leadership style on employee discipline at the Office of the Driving Teacher Center (BBGP) of South Sulawesi Province. This research identifies how leadership style affects employee discipline, organizations can set more effective policies and programs to manage, train, and develop human resources. The research method used is quantitative by involving 62 respondents who are determined randomly through the Proportional Random Sampling Method. Data was collected through documentation and questionnaires and then analyzed using descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the Leadership Style variable (X) has an influence of 74.9% on the Employee Discipline variable (Y). This indicates that 74.9% of Employee Discipline is influenced by the Leadership Style factor. While the remaining 25.1% was influenced by other factors. This research strengthens the understanding of the importance of the role of leadership in shaping employee discipline in government organizations. These findings can be the basis for organizational management to pay more attention to leadership style as one of the key factors to improve employee discipline and overall organizational performance

Abstract

Community satisfaction is one of the most important variables in determining the result of a service. Therefore, the implementation of employee discipline must be implemented so that employee performance can be more optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of employee work discipline on community satisfaction at the East Luwu Regency Social Service office. This research is classified as bivariate research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people from East Luwu Regency using probability sampling techniques. In this study, the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of employee work discipline at the East Luwu Regency Social Service Office are in the good category with indicators, namely time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, while the variables of community satisfaction are in the good category with indicators, namely the suitability of expectations, performance perception, and community assessment. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is strong. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between employee work discipline and community satisfaction at the East Luwu Regency Social Service Office
