Abstract

Semakin menurunnya peran pendidikan nonformal terutama Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) sebagai satuan pendidikan nonformal yang ada di setiap kecamatan dalam melayani pendidikan masyarakat yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan memajukan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan soft skills kepada ketua pengelola dalam melakukan pengelolaan PKBM menngunakan model logical framework dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan serta evaluasi program yang dilakukan. Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan dilakukan beberapa tahapan, diantara tahap pertama peserta diberikan soal pretes, tahap kedua peserta diberika materi tentang evaluasi program logical framework, tahap ketiga peserta berlatih melakukan evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi program logical framework, tahapan keempat bimbingan melakukan evaluasi program logical framework, tahap kelima, analisis masing-masing peserta berkaitan dengan pekerjaan melakukan evaluasi program logical framework. Hasil pelaksanaan workshop evaluasi program logical framework ini sangat membantu sekali para pengelola atau ketua PKBM dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialaminya selama ini. Selain itu membantu pengelola PKBM dalam merencakan agenda-agenda program kegiatan dapat direncanakan dengan baik sehingga hasilnya dapat lebih maksimal.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Infak Telur program in Tegalrejo Village to address stunting issues. The program involves egg donations from the community, which are then distributed to needy families, especially those with young children. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The sources of data used by the researcher are primary and secondary data. The findings indicate that the program successfully increased protein and nutritional intake among children and received positive responses from the community and GenRe youth. Active community participation in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the program was key to its success. The study suggests the need for ongoing support and coordination among relevant stakeholders to enhance the program's long-term effectiveness.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini mengalami tren berwirausaha yang didorong oleh kebutuhan masyarakat yang beragam, memberikan peluang besar bagi calon wirausahawan, terutama UMKM. Tercatat pada tahun 2021 terdapat 59,2 juta pelaku UMKM di Indonesia, namun banyak yang kesulitan mempromosikan produknya secara efektif. Penggunaan teknologi, seperti aplikasi Photo Room, dapat membantu mengatasi masalah ini. Pelatihan pengeditan foto produk menggunakan aplikasi Photo Room telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bandarjo Ungaran Barat, dengan peserta dari kalangan UMKM. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan fungsi dan manfaat aplikasi, prosedur praktis penggunaannya, serta latihan mengedit foto produk. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif sepanjang kegiatan, yang berujung pada kemandirian dalam menggunakan aplikasi sesuai selera masing-masing. Hasil pelatihan ini berdampak positif, memperkuat kerjasama antara Jurusan PLS FIP UNNES dengan Kelurahan Bandarjo Ungaran Barat. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi sederhana dapat meningkatkan branding produk UMKM dan memberdayakan pelaku usaha kecil.

Abstract

Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA) merupakan lembaga dengan program dan kegiatan yang pembelajarannya berpusat pada kebutuhan penerima manfaat dan pengalaman, salah satunya adalah program Mentoring Karir dengan sasarannya relawan yang belum memiliki tujuan dalam perencanaan karir setelah lulus pendidikan maupun belum mengetahui minat dan skills yang dimiliki untuk mendukung karir yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat program Mentoring Karir pada peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan relawan di Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Mentoring Karir memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan relawan, yaitu mengetahui mengenai perencanaan karir, pengembangan keterampilan, pemanfaatan jejaring, serta penerapan pada kegiatan sehari-hari. Faktor pendukung program ini meliputi kesesuaian tema dengan kebutuhan peserta serta peran mentor yang komunikatif. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti belum adanya wadah refleksi pembelajaran, belum adanya wadah umpan balik bagi mentor, kurangnya pemanfaatan jejaring, dan sesi mentoring yang tidak berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Middle School teachers in Temanggung District have various problems including a less supportive work environment, low motivation in teaching, insufficient application of Reward and Punishment, resulting in less than optimal teacher discipline. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on motivation, leadership on teacher discipline, work environment on teacher work motivation, work environment on teacher discipline, motivation on teacher discipline, the influence of leadership, work environment on teacher discipline through motivation and the role of motivation in mediating the influence of leadership and work environment on teacher discipline. This study uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach with a population of 147 and sampling using proportional random sampling technique resulting in a sample size of 108. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire method, prerequisite tests using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests using descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. While hypothesis testing uses regression tests, path analysis model 1 and path analysis model 2 tests, and Sobel tests. The results of the study obtained a coefficient value of leadership on motivation of 0.412, a coefficient of work environment on motivation of 0.223 with an error value1 of 0.8831, a coefficient of leadership on work discipline of 0.251, a coefficient of work environment on work discipline of 0.139, and a coefficient of motivation on work discipline of 0.823 with an error value2 = 0.6041. After conducting regression tests, path analysis model 1 and path analysis model 2 tests, and Sobel test, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership on motivation, leadership on teacher discipline, work environment on motivation, work environment on teacher discipline, motivation on teacher discipline, motivation on teacher discipline, and all independent variables have a direct effect on the dependent variable. Motivation as a mediating variable indirectly influences the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of teacher performance in education, and aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership and non-physical work environment on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Semarang, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into improving teacher performance through a better managerial approach. The quantitative research method used is an ex post facto survey design. The sample consisted of 64 teachers selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected using a questionnaire. To analyze the influence of independent variables (principal leadership and non-physical work environment) on the dependent variable (teacher performance), multiple regression analysis was conducted through SPSS and JASP software. The findings showed that both independent variables had a significant effect on teacher performance at the location. Partially, both variables had a positive effect. The results of the simultaneous ANOVA test also confirmed that these two factors have a joint effect on teacher performance. The conclusion of the study is that principal leadership and non-physical work environment play an important role in improving teacher performance. Improving the quality of leadership and optimizing the work environment can contribute to enhancing teacher performance in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. Therefore, it is important for all related parties to continue to pay attention to and develop these two factors to improve the quality of education in schools.
