Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 2) pengaruh kompetensi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 4) pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa data cross section pada tahun 2022 dan tehnik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) karakteristik pekerjaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 2) kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 3) lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata  terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan. 4) karakteristik pekerjaan, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh nyata secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Tabanan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Street vendors (PKL) are informal sector businesses in the form of trading businesses which are sometimes also producers. There are those who stay in certain locations, there are those who move from one place to another (using poles, pushcarts) selling food, drinks and other consumer goods at retail. Street vendors, generally with small capital, are sometimes only a tool for capital owners to get just a commission as a reward or their hard work. The aim of this research is to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of business capital, working hours and sales on sales of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely for partial using the t test and for simultaneous using the F test and the samples used were 30 samples. Research results 1) Business capital has a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 2) Working hours have a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 3) Sales have a partial positive and real effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. 4) Capital, working hours and sales have a significant simultaneous effect on the income of street vendors in Meliling Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency.   Keywords: capital, working hours, sales and income

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To analyze the effect of Non PerformingLoans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District,Tabanan Regency. 2) To analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on ReturnOn Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. 3) Toanalyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. 4) To analyze the effect ofOperational Cost per Operational Income (BOPO) Return On Assets (ROA) on the MegaCooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the effect of NonPerforming Loans (NPL), Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR), Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) inMultipurpose Savings and Loan Cooperatives . In this study, the defensive variables wereNPL (X1), CAR (X2), LDR (X3), BOPO (X4) while the independent variable was ROA(Y) The research results show 1) The value of the regression coefficient for NonPerforming Loans (NPL) is -0.007, the value of this regression coefficient is negativewhich indicates that there is no unidirectional relationship between the variable NonPerforming Loans (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA). 2) The value of the regressioncoefficient for Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is -0.013, the value of this regressioncoefficient is negative which indicates that there is no unidirectional relationship betweenthe Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable and Return On Assets (ROA). 3) The valueof the regression coefficient Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is -0.005, the value of thisregression coefficient is negative which indicates there is no unidirectional relationshipbetween the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable and Return On Assets (ROA). 4) Themagnitude of the regression coefficient value of Operational Income Operating Expenses(BOPO) is -0.017, the value of this regression coefficient is negative which indicatesthere is no unidirectional relationship between the variable Operating Income OperatingExpenses (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine: 1) the direct influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 2) the direct influence of leadership and work environment on the work motivation of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 3) the indirect influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency through work motivation. This study took a sample of 105 respondents, the analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that 1) there is a direct positive and significant influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 2) There is a direct positive and significant influence of leadership and work environment on the work motivation of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 3) There is an indirect influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of LPD employees in Mengwi District, Badung Regency through work motivation.
