Abstract

Technological progress is a new driver of economic growth, if it is related to the financial sector, financial technology has been able to become a new instrument with the hope of increasing financial growth. This research aims to determine the role of financial technology in increasing financial literacy in generation Z . This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, research that includes an arrangement of interpretative techniques with understanding, not the frequency, of phenomena that often or rarely occur naturally in the social world. The research results show that all respondents know the term financial technology (fintech) and the fintech applications commonly used by generation z are Gopay, OVO, Shopee Pay, Dana. Regarding financial literacy, respondents are in the less literate category, only having limited knowledge about financial institutions, financial products and services. Special education is needed so that literacy regarding fintech and financial literacy continues to increase.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze how the implementation of Employee Work Discipline in Sukasari Sumedang Village Office. The purpose of this research is for work discipline and how to apply work discipline as well as obstacles and solutions. The design of this research using qualitative method that is descriptive by conducting direct observation, conducting interviews, collecting data in the form of documents. Researchers use qualitative methods with case study approach. Creswell in Sugiyono (2020:6) case study is one type of qualitative research, where researchers conduct an in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, against one or more people. According to Bejo Siswanto in Lijan Poltak Sinambela (2019:356) are indicators that affect work discipline including attendance frequency, level of vigilance, adherence to work standards, adherence to work rules and work ethic. The target of the informant that the researcher chose was the Village Head, Secretary, and Sukasari Village Employee. Based on the results of the interview, it was concluded that the work discipline at sukasari sumedang village office has been running optimally in accordance with the regulations applied oraganisasi. In addition, the implementation of employee work discipline is based on the basis of consideration in the form of prohibitions and obligations applicable to employees.

Abstract

Analysis of Work Motivation at KPRI Koperasi Sumedang Health Employee Sumedang Health Employee Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in Sumedang that has decreased members compared to other cooperatives. The decrease in cooperative members shows that the motivation of health workers to become cooperative members is still low. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and efforts to increase work motivation in the Sumedang Health Employee Cooperative. This research method uses a qualitative research method approach. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The sampling technique was carried out with a porposive sampling technique with work motivation as the research variable. The sample or research informants are cooperative employees. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Work motivation variables are analyzed through Maslow's theoretical approach including physiological needs, security, social, self-esteem and recognition, in actualization. The results showed that the implementation of work motivation on KPRI Koperasi Sumedang Health Employee Cooperative was not going well or had not been maximally implemented. Then the efforts to increase work motivation in KPRI Koperasi Sumedang Health Employee Cooperative, namely as follows: pay more attention to motivation in the form of rewards per division, so as not to cause social jealousy among employees, more intense in providing psychological motivation to employees, improvement and renewal of motivation to employees with adjustments, because with the existence of good and appropriate employee motivation, work improvement will be better

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee compensation and job satisfaction and to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka. This study uses survey methods, data collection techniques used are observation methods, questionnaires and data processing related to the problems studied, namely employee compensation and job satisfaction. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, Product Moment correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion regarding X (Compensation) are 1761 (Very Good) as a whole which is assessed based on the indicators because it is in the 1680 - 2000 interval, and regarding Y (Employee job satisfaction) is 1806 (Very Good) overall which is assessed based on the following indicators. the indicator is because it is in the interval 1680 – 2000. The relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka is 0.252 or 25.2%. This shows that compensation has a fairly strong influence on employee job satisfaction. While the remaining 74.8% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between compensation for employee job satisfaction at PT. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka and can be accepted with tcount > ttable or 3.582 > 2.02108, meaning Ho is rejected or H1 is accepted. Rian Putra Mandiri Majalengka, this will be useful in increasing employee job satisfaction and increasing the quality and quantity of employee work.

Abstract

The level of Employee job satisfaction in organisation is an individual thing because each individual has a different level of satisfaction based on the values that apply to him, but whether or not the level of job satisfaction is increased depends on whether the remuneration (compensation) received by employees is in accordance with expectations, needs, and wants of employee. The purpose of this study was to determine how compensation, employee job satisfaction, and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction in the manufacturing division at PT. Prima Medika Laboratories Tangerang. The research method is descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach, with a simple random sampling technique of 55 employees of the manufacturing division as respondents, and information handling is completed utilizing SPSS V.26 programming. Compensation and job satisfaction of employees at this company show good results, all data in this study are valid and reliable with the results of simple linear regression analysis show that compensation has a positive contribution in influencing employee job satisfaction by 74.5%, has a strong relationship, and compensation has a 60.3% on employee job satisfaction at PT. Prima Medika Laboratories Tangerang, with the remaining 39.7% influenced by variables other than those used in this study.
