Abstract

This study is to analyze the focus of the problem of the marketing mix of Product, Price, Promotion and Place at Hotel Handayani Sumedang. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation and how to overcome the problems of the marketing mix at the Hotel Handayani Sumedang. The research method used is a qualitative method approach. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. In this case, the informants are the owner, staff admin&finance, and receptionist of Hotel Handayani Sumedang. The research data used is the Miles and Huberman model with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the marketing mix at Hotel Handayani Sumedang, product dimensions have product diversity by having three types of products and good product quality. Varied price dimensions, there is a match between price and product quality and apply regular discounts. The dimensions of promotion, easy-to-find advertising, personal selling who have good communication skills, public relations and sales promotions have not been realized. Dimensions where there is easy access that is easy to reach, visibility with the installation of billboards and business expansion will not apply. The marketing mix at the Handayani Hotel Sumedang is generally effective but it is necessary to improve the quality of the hotel in product dimensions and promotions to maximize sales in order to increase room occupancy rates

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze employee job satisfaction at the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative for Teachers and General Cicarimanah Sumedang. The purpose of this study was to determine how employee job satisfaction is and the efforts made to increase employee job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with employee productivity as the research variable. Research data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The sampling technique uses purpose sampling. The research sample is the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative, Teachers and Public, Cicarimanah Sumedang. The research data was analyzed qualitatively using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the job satisfaction of employees at the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia Teachers and General Cicarimanah Sumedang. already well. Then efforts to increase employee job satisfaction are by holding education and training, as well as providing work motivation so that they are always enthusiastic at work. Creating a good work climate with fellow employees and employees with their superiors so as to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Study This aiming for describe training and development of human resources human resources at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch Office Sumedang. This study uses qualitative research methods through in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch Office Sumedang has implemented human resource training in accordance with the training stages. The methods used in human resource training are on the job training, in class training, e-learning, and out bound. While human resource development is used to develop an employee's career through panel techniques.
