Abstract

West Waru Village BUMDes was founded in 2017 in accordance with Village Regulation no 3 of 2022 concerning the Establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise with the name BUMDes Dasa Warsa and has a certified legal entity. The method for implementing community cervice acitivities conducted at BUMDes Dasa Warsa, West Waru Village, Waru District, Pamekasan Regency is carried out by following the working hours of BUMDes staff in assisting the implementation of digital marketing and optimizing social media. Currently, BUMDes Dasa Warsa has 5 managed business units, namely livestock, ISP (Internet Service Provider), TPS3R, tourism and cafes. The development and construction of units at Dasa Warsa BUMDes has been planned for the following years. The social media optimization activities that have been carried out have proven to be effective and have had a good impact on product marketing in BUMDes business units. sales have increased and profits have been made, it can be seen that the content planning strategy on social media Instagram really helps interact with consumers and helps people get to know the products offered by BUMDes Dasa Warsa.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Program Keluarga Berencana pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dan penulisan ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Evaluasi Program Keluarga Berencana pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kabupaten Subang dalam hubungannya dengan teori Brigman dan Davis (2008) dalam Firyal Akbar (2019:38) yaitu, indikator masukan (input), indikator proses (process), indikator keluaran (output) dan indikator dampak (outcome). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada kondisi objek yang alami, data yang dihasilkan bersifat deskriptif dan analisis data dilakukan secara induktif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sumber daya diperoleh dari informan melalui wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan dan pengelolaan data. Penentuan sampel /informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program Keluarga Berencana pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kabupaten Subang sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan indikator-indikator evaluasi program, akan tetapi masih belum optimal. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, program, Keluarga Berencana Abstract The purpose of the authors of this study was to determine the Evaluation of the Family Planning Program at the Family Planning Population Control Office for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) Subang Regency. This research and writing discusses matters relating to the Evaluation of the Family Planning Program at the Subang Regency Family Planning Population Control Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) in relation to the theory of Brigman and Davis (2008) in Firyal Akbar (2019:38), namely , input indicators (input), process indicators (process), output indicators (output) and impact indicators (outcome). In this study using a qualitative approach method, namely research conducted on natural object conditions, the resulting data is descriptive and data analysis is carried out inductively through observation and observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Resources were obtained from informants through direct interviews and documents obtained in the form of laws and regulations and data management. Determination of the sample/informant in this study was carried out using purposive sampling, namely as many as 4 people. The results showed that the implementation of the Family Planning program at the Family Planning Office for Population Control for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) in Subang Regency had been carried out in accordance with the program evaluation indicators, but it was still not optimal.
