Abstract

West Waru Village BUMDes was founded in 2017 in accordance with Village Regulation no 3 of 2022 concerning the Establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise with the name BUMDes Dasa Warsa and has a certified legal entity. The method for implementing community cervice acitivities conducted at BUMDes Dasa Warsa, West Waru Village, Waru District, Pamekasan Regency is carried out by following the working hours of BUMDes staff in assisting the implementation of digital marketing and optimizing social media. Currently, BUMDes Dasa Warsa has 5 managed business units, namely livestock, ISP (Internet Service Provider), TPS3R, tourism and cafes. The development and construction of units at Dasa Warsa BUMDes has been planned for the following years. The social media optimization activities that have been carried out have proven to be effective and have had a good impact on product marketing in BUMDes business units. sales have increased and profits have been made, it can be seen that the content planning strategy on social media Instagram really helps interact with consumers and helps people get to know the products offered by BUMDes Dasa Warsa.

Abstract

Kota Karang di Kota Bandar Lampung, bagian Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur mencakup kelurahan: Sukamaju, Keteguhan, Kotakarang, Perwati, Way Tataan, serta Kotakarang Raya. Kota karang termasuk kelurahan pemukiman kumuh atau slum area. Permasalahan, terjadi dalam penataan ruang dan fungsi kota terutama wilayah permukiman, pendidikan, kesehatan, perdagangan, dan kebutuhan lainnya. Tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk kotanya yang lebih cepat dan tidak seimbang dengan ketersediaan lahan di perkotaan, mengakibatkan tekanan penggunaan lahan kota, ditandai dengan penggunaan lahan tidak layak hunian untuk daerah permukiman. Hasil pengamatan awal  dilapangan kunjungan ke rumah-rumah penderita TB. Paru BTA(+) Di Kota Karang.  Tata Letak Rumah dekat dengan pinggir Laut, ventilasi tidak memenuhi standar, tidak ada sinar matahari alami yang masuk  dalam rumah melalui ventilasi. Ventilasi tertutup oleh tirai hordeng. Selain itu juga Kota Karang dekat dengan Industri Batubara, yang didatangkan dari Kota Palembang ke Bandar Lampung. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diketahuinya pengetahuan penderita TB. Paru BTA(+) tentang ventilasi. Metode pree test dan post tes pengetahuan ventilasi yang digunakan  menggambarkan potret rumah penderita TB. Paru BTA (+).  Disimpulkan, persentase  penurunan pengetahuan berkaitan dengan ventilasi rumah penderita TB. Paru BTA(+).  Tindak lanjut, dengan menghitung kelayakan ventilasi dan kenyamanan thermal rumah penderita TB. Paru BTA(+).

Abstract

Human resource development for employees is to improve the productivity and overall performance of the organization. This is due to the recognition of the important role of human resource development in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, this study investigates the human resource development strategy on employee performance at PT. Bintanindo Sukses Perkasa. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe in detail the phenomena that occur and analyze the problems that exist in the context of improving employee performance through human resource development strategies at PT. Bintanindo Sukses Perkasa. The results of the study indicate that the human resource development strategy at PT. Bintanindo Sukses Perkasa includes training held by the company, including Project Skill Training, Finance Skill Training, Legal and HRD Skill Training, and Admin Skill Training. With the development of human resources, there is a significant increase in employee performance.
