Abstract

Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) merupakan pertanda bahwa dunia pendidkan sudah memasuki era baru dan kemajuan dalam pembelajaran abad 21. TPACK merangkum serta memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan keterampilan bagi pendidik di era modernisasi saat ini. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan berhasil tidaknya kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan ialah seorang guru dengan menggunakan kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content and Knowledge (TPACK) tersebut, maka kualitas guru dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Guru dituntut untuk memiliki beberapa kompetensi berupa seperangkat penguasaan kemampuan yang harus ada dalam diri guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif induksi analisis. Proses penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data berulang-ulang ke lokasi penelitian melalui kegiatan membuat catatan data dan informasi yang didengar dan dilihat selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan TPACK pada aspek Tecnological Knowledge (TK), aspek Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), aspek Content Knowledge (CK), aspek Tecnological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), aspek Tecnological Conten Knowledge (TCK), aspek Pedagogical Conten Knowledge (PCK), aspek Tecnological Pedagogical Content and Knowledge (TPACK) memiliki kategori baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mengingat komunikasi berperan dalam menjembatani informasi terkait bansos yang akan disalurkan pemerintah kepada masyarakat melalui berbagai media. Manusia tidak lepas dari bantuan orang lain. Membuat pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menyeleksi siapa yang berhak menerima bantuan sosial yang disalurkan dari Pemerintah Pusat kepada Pemerintah Daerah. Dinas Sosial memiliki beberapa jenis bantuan sosial yaitu (PKH), (BPNT), (BDT), yang merupakan Program Bantuan dari Kementerian Sosial Pusat. Dan ada program bantuan dari Dinas Sosial Tebing Tinggi yaitu (PBP), (BBM) Bantuan Penyuluhan. Bantuan disalurkan sesuai dengan besarnya (APBN/APBN). Peneliti mengambil peneliti kualitatif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana humas pemerintah dalam membentuk strategi komunikasi dalam mengalokasikan bansos kepada masyarakat Kota Tebing Tinggi. Apa dampak Humas pemerintah terhadap masyarakat dalam mengkomunikasikan alokasi bansos di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi Bakti Sosial, Pendampingan Sosial, Humas   ABSTRACT Given that communication plays a role in bridging information related to social assistance which the government will distribute to the public through various media. Humans can not be separated from the help of others. Making the government make various efforts to select who is entitled to receive social assistance that is channeled from the Central Government to the Regional Government. The Social Service has several types of social assistance, namely (PKH), (BPNT), (BDT), which are the Assistance Programs from the Central Ministry of Social Affairs. And there is an assistance program from the Tebing Tinggi Social Service, namely (PBP), (BBM) Extension Assistance. Assistance is distributed according to the amount (APBN/APBN). Researchers take qualitative researchers, it can be concluded that the focus of the problem in this study is how the government's public relations form a communication strategy in allocating social assistance to the people of Tebing Tinggi City. What is the impact of the government's public relations on the community in communicating the allocation of social assistance in Tebing Tinggi City. Abstract

This research aims to explore further the study of the history of Islamic culture during the reform period. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive historical approach. Data was collected through library studies from primary sources such as classical Arabic literature and relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, official documents and other library sources. The results of this research state that the Islamic Development system in the Modern Period is a period that began in 1800 AD when Muslims were aware of their weaknesses and there was an urge to make progress in various fields. Figures who pioneered the Islamic reform movement include; Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab, Syah Waliyullah, Muhammad Ali Pasha, Al-Tahtawi, Jamaludin Al-Afghani, Muhammad Abduh, Rasyid Rida, Sayyid Ahmad Khan, and Sultan Mahmud II. When Islam experienced decline, European nations experienced extraordinary progress in the fields of culture, economy, science and technology. Meanwhile, the condition of the Islamic world was under the influence of European colonialism and imperialism.Keywords: History of Islamic Culture, Period of Reform

Abstract

The study of the socio-cultural life of pre-Islamic Arab society is important for understanding the transformation that occurred after the arrival of Islam. In the social aspect, pre-Islamic Arab society was known for its strong social staffing, from nobles to slaves, which determined the role of individuals in society. This research aims to further explore the socio-cultural dynamics of pre-Islamic Arab society, including social systems, cultural values, gender relations, and their influence on the development of Islam in the future. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive historical approach. Data was collected through library studies from primary sources such as classical Arabic literature, including historical works such as Sirah Nabawiyah and Tarikh al-Umam wa al-Muluk by Al-Tabari, and relevant sources such as scientific journals, articles, documents official, and other library sources, as well as secondary sources in the form of relevant modern studies. The results of this research state that tribal solidarity in the life of Arab society before Islam was known to be very strong, so that individual disputes almost always gave rise to conflict between tribes. Individually, Arabs would rather leave their homeland than submit to orders. They will not obey any regulations in force or any institution in power. They only know personal freedom, family freedom, and complete tribal freedom. This is because a man's relationship with his brother, his brother's children and his relatives is very close. However, the tribe's fanaticism is so high that they are even willing to die because of this fanaticism, because the basis of their social rules is racial and clan fanaticism. In terms of relationships between men and women, there are striking differences between society with noble social strata and other strata. Women are one group in society that almost never enjoy freedom, because apart from having to submit to the structures above them, they also have to submit to men in the structure of society.
