The existence of non-Muslim heirs in one family will cause problems when dividing the inheritance of the heirs. Islamic law firmly states that non-Muslim heirs are an obstacle to getting a share of the inheritance of the Muslim heirs. The research results obtained are that the ulama and jurists agree that religious differences between the Heir and the heir are one of the factors that hinder them from obtaining the right to be an heir, Muslims cannot accept infidels and vice versa. Non-Muslim heirs in the Islamic inheritance system in Indonesia can receive the heir's inheritance through a mandatory will based on a court decision, although the court decision is not binding on all Indonesian citizens, but only as a guide for future judges in deciding similar cases. However, there were pros and cons regarding this decision among fiqh experts and Islamic law academics. The ideal reconstruction model for distribution of inheritance for non-Muslim heirs in the Islamic inheritance system in Indonesia, namely by means of a mandatory will but given on the basis of expanding the meaning of Article 209 KHI, a mandatory will is given to non-Muslim heirs not from the inheritance but from the inheritance of the heir, and granting mandatory wills to non-Muslim heirs based on benefit, expediency and justice and given to non-Muslim heirs who are in dire need from an economic perspective.

This research aims to address cyber threats and crimes in Indonesia. Currently, the responsibility for the implementation of cyber security tasks and functions is handled by the State Cyber and Cryptography Agency (BSSN). This situation makes it very difficult for BSSN to operate if its duties, functions, and authorities in cybercrime law enforcement are only regulated through a Presidential Regulation. This study uses a normative juridical method with a legislative approach that examines norms related to the authority of investigative institutions in law enforcement against cyber crimes. These findings highlight that there were 24.6 million cyberattacks recorded from January 1 to September 7, 2022, which caused losses to the community. The existence of BSSN was formed by the President through Presidential Regulation Number 28 of 2021 concerning the State Cyber and Cryptography Agency in carrying out its duties and authority to overcome cybercrime in the face of obstacles. This requires a comprehensive legal due diligence strategy that can be adjusted to legal compliance and potential legal problems of cybercrime. The results of the study show that to ensure security, justice, and legal certainty in the enforcement of cybercrime law can be carried out properly, it is necessary to have special laws and regulations that regulate cybercrime, with the existence of institutions that will implement laws and regulations in special law enforcement to deal with cybercrime, by containing legal compliance based on the applicable national legal system.

Land registration is an essential instrument in Indonesia’s land law system to ensure legal certainty and the protection of rights for landowners. This study employs a normative juridical method with a statutory and case study approach, focusing on Court Decision Number 5/PDT.G/2024/PN Banyuwangi. The findings indicate that the implementation of land registration under Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 still faces several challenges, including weak validation of initial documents, potential overlapping claims, and limited objection mechanisms prior to the issuance of land certificates. The panel of judges in this case declared that the transfer of land rights from the original owner to the plaintiff was legally valid, while the defendant’s demand for compensation was deemed an unlawful act. This ruling emphasizes the importance of the principles of legal certainty, legal protection, and good faith in land registration. The study recommends improving document validation, enhancing transparency in the land registration system, and optimizing the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program to prevent similar disputes in the future.
