Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence between CRM, SST, customer satisfaction and loyalty variables with the mediation of patient satisfaction in outpatients of Indriati Boyolali Hospital. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach—data collection using questionnaires, observations and documentation. The research location was Indriati Boyolali Hospital which is located at Jl. Raya Boyolali-Semarang No.KM. 02, Mojosngopermai, Mojosongo, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java. In conducting this study, the time needed was six months, and the sample of respondents was 230 outpatients at Indriati Boyolali Hospital. Some of the following conclusions Customer relationship marketing affects patient loyalty. Customer Relationship Marketing affected Patient Satisfaction. Self Service Technology affected Patient Loyalty, Self Service Technology affected Patient Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction affected Patient Loyalty, and Patient Trust as an Intervening Variable did not affect patient loyalty. Customer Relationship Marketing affected patient commitment with patient satisfaction mediation. Self Service Technology affected patient loyalty with patient satisfaction mediation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the firm value in terms of corporate social responsibility, tax planning, and activity. this research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. The population in this study is infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023, and the sample in this study obtained 11 companies and data collection using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value, tax planning has a positive and significant effect on firm value, activity has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of remuneration, organizational climate, mutation, and leadership on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach because the data to be processed is ratio data, and the focus of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence between the variables being examined. This research will be conducted at KPP Madya Surakarta. The planned time for the research is October - November 2024. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office, totaling 116 people. Based on the determined sample data, a sample of 26 employees with the position of executor and 40 employees with the position of Account Representative (AR) was obtained. Therefore, the sample in this study consists of 66 people. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of the employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office. Next, the independent variables in this study are remuneration (X1), organizational climate (X2), mutation (X3), and leadership. (X4). The research results show that remuneration, organizational climate, and mutation have a positive and significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees. However, leadership does not have a significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees.
