Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Customer Relationship Management, Nilai Pelanggan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan  di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelangan Kantor Pos Sukoharjo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regeresi linear berganda dan uji t. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose of this research is to find out how big the difference stock prices in Telecommunications Sub-Sector before and after statement of Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. Population in this study was taken from 6 companies in Telecommunications Sub-Sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, resulting in number of samples that meet criteria of this study in form of 4 telecommunications companies including PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, PT. XL Axiata, Tbk, PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, and PT. Indosat, Tbk. Secondary data source of share prices from companies in Telecommunication Sub-Sector obtained through official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (www.idx.co.id) in form of closing price data from before and after Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Results show that there is a significant difference between stock prices before and after Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of an education level, knowledge, and cus of control on the financial behavior of business actors at the Solo Wholesale Center.This research is included in quantitative descriptive with a population of 88 people, all of which were research samples. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: There is a simultaneous and significant influence between the level of education, knowledge, and a locus of the control on the finance behavior of business actors at the Solo Wholesale Center. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of business actors at the Solo Wholesale Center. The knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of business actors at the Solo Wholesale Center. A locus of control has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of business actors at the Solo Wholesale Center.

Abstract

Dividends are important to the company as they relate to the allocation of revenues from corporate growth and wealth to shareholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze dividend policy proposed by Lintner stating that dividend policy is influenced by profitability and lagged dividend. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. Samples taken as many as 133 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research concludes that profitability and lagged dividend have significant positive influence to dividend policy.

Abstract

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that contribute to improving economic conditions, especially the rural economy. However, the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very slow in competition with large companies in the era of free trade and globalization. Therefore all problems must be found the best solution with various efforts so that MSMEs perform well. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the improvement in the performance of MSMEs in Serenan, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency by observing both the influence of internal and external factors partially or jointly. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive type. through the Survey directly to the research location, the population of this study was wood processing MSMEs (furniture) which were in Serenan, Juwiring, Klaten Regency totaling 34 producers. The sample in this study is a population of 34 producers. While the sampling technique used was the census of all producers in the Serenan Sub-District which numbered 34 questionnaire answers. The results showed that the performance of MSMEs in Serenan, Juwiring, Klaten Regency was significantly influenced by internal factors (consisting of aspects of HR, financial aspects, production aspects and marketing aspects) and external factors (aspects of government policy, aspects of socio-economic aspects and related institutions) both partially and together.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of either simultaneously or partial e marketing, product innovation, brand image on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Surakarta. The type of descriptive quantitative research. The population is the buyer of Janji Jiwa coffee in Surakarta. The sample is 100 respondents. Data obtained from questionnaire with accidental sampling technique. The results of the F test prove that e marketing, product innovation, brand image have a simultaneous and significant effect on the purchase decision of Janji Jiwa coffee in Surakarta, where the value of Fcount>Ftable (60,552 > 2,699) and the significance of 0,000 < 0.05. The t test results prove that e marketing has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa coffee with tcount>ttable (4,842 > 1,985) with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Janji Jiwa coffee with a value of tcount>ttable (5,219 > 1,985) with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05. Brand Image does not affect the purchasing decision of Janji Jiwa coffee with tcount>ttable (-0.401 >01.985) with a significant value of 0.689 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product variations, service quality, and facilities have an effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Ayam Hotplate in Surakarta and analyze which variables are the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. In this study, the population refers to consumers of Mie Ayam Hotplate with a sample of 100 respondents. Activity method used quantitative. The analysis carried out included multiple linier regression and hypothesisi testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can show that product variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis where the regression coefficient of product variation (b1) is 0,226 and t count > t table is 3,241 > 1,985 and sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis that the regression coefficient value of purchase decisions (b2) is 0,376 and t count > t table is 2,257 > 1,985 and sig 0,015 < 0,05. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis where the facility regression coefficient (b3) is 0,404 and t caount > t table is 2,671 > 1985 and sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Personal Selling (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The population in this study are all LT Pro consumers in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Researchers used a purposive sampling technique in taking samples, so the number taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The analysis used is Multiple Liner Regression Analysis. The results of Personal Selling, Promotion, and Product Quality Simultaneously influence the Purchasing Decision. And basedaon theat test of Personal Selling partially does not affect the Purchasing Decision, Promotion partially influences the Purchasing Decision, Product Quality partially influences the Purchasing Decision. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of either simultaneously or partial historical, tourist attraction and electronic word of mouth to decision visit in De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar, Central Java. The research uses descriptive quantitative. The population is visitors at De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar, Central Java. The sample is 100 respondents. Sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The technique used to analyze the data is multiple linier regression. The results of F-test shows that historical, tourist attraction and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have simultaneous and significant influence to decision visit. The results of t-test showed that historical, tourist attraction, electronic word of mouth have positive and significant influence to decision visit in De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar Central Java
