Abstract

Ukuran keberhasilan manajemen usahatani adalah produktivitas dari setiap faktor maupun produktivitas dari usaha taninya. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana pengaruh simultan dan parsial variabel tenaga kerja, luas lahan, kompetensi petani, pengalaman berusahatani, peran pemerintah, dan kelembangaan petani terhadap usahatani padi, Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat dan bagaimana produktivitasnya dan R/C ratio. Analisis data primer menggunakan Regresi Berganda OLS. Hasil analisis secara simultan tenaga kerja, luas lahan, kompetensi petani, pengalaman bertani, peran pemerintah dan kelembagaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas dengan koefisisen determinasi 56,9%. Secara parsial variabel penelitian berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap produktivitas, kecuali tenaga kerja dan luas lahan. Kompetensi petani merupakan faktor dominan dengan nilai Beta sebesar 56,9%. R/C rasio sebesar 1,90, berarti usahatani padi efisien. Temuan Penelitian bahwa kompetensi petani merupakan determinan produktivitas dalam pengelolaan usahatani padi.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di DKI Jakarta didominasi oleh UMKM tahu tempe. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh simultan dan parsial faktor harga kedelai, konsumsi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (2). faktor yang dominan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pengaruh pendapatan UMKM terhadap PDRB DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif secara purposive di DKI Jakarta dengan data time series kuartalan dari tahun 2009-2019 menggunakan Regresi Berganda OLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Secara parsial semua variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan UMKM kecuali suku bunga. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 96% dengan besaran determinan secara parsial dari terbesar secara berurutan adalah konsumsi tahu tempe, harga kedelai, nilai tukar dan tingkat suku bunga, tidak terdapat faktor dominan. Pendapatan UMKM yang diproxy dengan pendapatan rekursif berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap PDRB Provinsi dengan koefisien determinan 55%. Temuan penelitian adalah UMKM tahan terhadap fluktuasi nilai tukar dan berkontribusi pada PDRB.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is actively tackling fraud within the Indonesian business community. Fraud is a criminal act that poses a significant threat to corporate finances and undermines public confidence, ultimately jeopardizing the credibility of financial markets. Therefore, this research focuses on analyzing the role of the OJK in detecting, preventing, and overcoming fraudulent practices in the business environment. The research results indicate that the OJK's role should be reconstructed by increasing inter-agency cooperation, strengthening regulations, and implementing innovative financial technology. This research highlights the importance of enhancing OJK's capacity in several key areas such as fraud detection, employee training, and promoting awareness among stakeholders. It is essential to increase transparency, accountability, and active involvement of the private sector to mitigate the risk of fraud.

Abstract

The digitalization era has transformed the global business landscape, including the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. This study analyzes the impact of information technology adoption on operational efficiency of MSMEs using quantitative approach through surveys of 250 MSMEs in Central Java. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine relationships between information technology adoption variables and operational efficiency. Results indicate that information technology adoption has significant positive effect on MSME operational efficiency with determination coefficient of 0.742. Implementation of point-of-sale systems, e-commerce, and digital inventory management proved to increase operational productivity by 35.6% and reduce operational costs up to 28.4%. Factors influencing adoption include business owner digital literacy, infrastructure support, and financial capacity. These findings provide strategic implications for MSME digitalization policy development and digital transformation strategies for small and medium enterprise sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using sun,ey research methods to the population. Respondents data were tested using the test of assumptions of classical instruments. analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple correlation analysis and determination analysis used in order to see the relationship and influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Independent variables in this study is organizational culture, leadership, and motivation, while the dependent variable is performance. This research tests the hypothesis using simultaneous and partial. Based on the results of research and the discussion shows there is a significant variable influences organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly on the perforrnance of employees of PT. Bank Panin Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch, it can be seen from the results of I: test with the significant/probability (0.000) <a (0.05) and Fhitung (9.274)> Frabel (2.883), these results shows that integratedly the organizational culture, leadership, and motivation have a signific effect on performance. Multiple regression equation was Y = 11.916 + 0.576 X1 + 0.086 0.078 X3. The value R = 0.863, which means the influence of organizational culture, leaders p and motivation integraledly have a very strong relationship to performance. Determination coefficient = 0.745, this value can be defined that 74.5% of performance vanables •an be explained by organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly, the remaming 25.5% of the other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors related to EmployeePerformance. These factors include Career Development and Training, which later in this studyfunctioned as independent variables that affect Employee Performance that functions as thedependent variable, while Work Motivation is a variable that functions as an intermediaryvariable (Intervening). The research method used in this study is path analysis.The results showed that there was a direct influence of Career Development and Trainingboth simultaneously and partially on work motivation. Career Development, Training and workmotivation directly influence Employee Performance both simultaneously and partially. Workmotivation as an intervening variable is able to mediate the indirect effect of CareerDevelopment and Training on employee performance, with the results of an appropriate modelsuitability test.Keywords:career development, training, work motivation, employee performance
