Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis determinan dan faktor dominan pengembangan ekspor industri kerajinan Indonesia jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Data time series dengan purposive sampling. Variabel bebas terdiri jumlah usaha mikro kecil menengah, Nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika, Kredit usaha rakyat (KUR), dan Inflasi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Nilai ekspor industri kerajinan Indonesia. Metode analisis  menggunakan Regresi Berganda OLS dengan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian adalah jumlah usaha mikro kecil menengah, Nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar Amerika, Kredit usaha rakyat, dan Inflasi  merupakan determinan  ekspor industri kerajinan Indonesia. Faktor dominan peningkatan ekspor industri kerajinan Indonesia pada jangka panjang adalah jumlah UMKM, sedangkan pada jangka pendek adalah besaran KUR.

Abstract

Ukuran keberhasilan manajemen usahatani adalah produktivitas dari setiap faktor maupun produktivitas dari usaha taninya. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana pengaruh simultan dan parsial variabel tenaga kerja, luas lahan, kompetensi petani, pengalaman berusahatani, peran pemerintah, dan kelembangaan petani terhadap usahatani padi, Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat dan bagaimana produktivitasnya dan R/C ratio. Analisis data primer menggunakan Regresi Berganda OLS. Hasil analisis secara simultan tenaga kerja, luas lahan, kompetensi petani, pengalaman bertani, peran pemerintah dan kelembagaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas dengan koefisisen determinasi 56,9%. Secara parsial variabel penelitian berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap produktivitas, kecuali tenaga kerja dan luas lahan. Kompetensi petani merupakan faktor dominan dengan nilai Beta sebesar 56,9%. R/C rasio sebesar 1,90, berarti usahatani padi efisien. Temuan Penelitian bahwa kompetensi petani merupakan determinan produktivitas dalam pengelolaan usahatani padi.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di DKI Jakarta didominasi oleh UMKM tahu tempe. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh simultan dan parsial faktor harga kedelai, konsumsi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (2). faktor yang dominan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pengaruh pendapatan UMKM terhadap PDRB DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif secara purposive di DKI Jakarta dengan data time series kuartalan dari tahun 2009-2019 menggunakan Regresi Berganda OLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Secara parsial semua variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan UMKM kecuali suku bunga. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 96% dengan besaran determinan secara parsial dari terbesar secara berurutan adalah konsumsi tahu tempe, harga kedelai, nilai tukar dan tingkat suku bunga, tidak terdapat faktor dominan. Pendapatan UMKM yang diproxy dengan pendapatan rekursif berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap PDRB Provinsi dengan koefisien determinan 55%. Temuan penelitian adalah UMKM tahan terhadap fluktuasi nilai tukar dan berkontribusi pada PDRB.

Abstract

This study explores the role of human resource (HR) development in the public sector as a catalyst in driving regional economic growth. A qualitative approach was used with a library research method and in-depth interviews with eight key informants from local government institutions, academics, and economic development practitioners. The study results indicate that planned, competency-based, and public service-oriented HR development can improve bureaucratic performance, accelerate decision-making, and encourage efficient governance. It has a direct impact on improving the investment climate and regional economic productivity. The study found that inter-sectoral collaboration and strengthening institutional capacity are significant factors in the success of the HR development agenda in the public sector. This study recommends improving the quality of training, performance-based evaluation, and utilizing digital technology as a strategy for sustainable HR development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of talent management in enhancing corporate competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0, using PT Nestlé Indonesia as a case study. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing a library research approach that analyzes various literature related to talent management and corporate competitiveness. Data were collected through a literature review involving books, journals, and relevant articles discussing the challenges and strategies of talent management in the context of technological change and digitalization. The findings indicate that effective talent management such as digital skills development, innovation in recruitment processes, and clear career planning plays a crucial role in improving corporate competitiveness. PT Nestlé Indonesia has implemented various talent management strategies to prepare its employees for the Industry 4.0 transformation. This study concludes that adaptive and future-oriented talent management is key to maintaining competitive advantage in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of corporate culture on employee adaptability during organizational change at PT Sido Muncul Tbk. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and literature review. Interviews were conducted with 10 respondents from various managerial and operational levels to explore their views on corporate culture and how that culture affects employees' ability to adapt to ongoing changes. Additionally, the study reviews relevant theories to support the analysis. The results show that an open, inclusive corporate culture that supports effective communication plays an important role in facilitating employee adaptation to change. Conversely, a more hierarchical and less flexible culture can hinder the adaptation process. This research provides insights for company management to design change strategies that consider cultural aspects to support a smooth organizational transition..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how local revenue, investment, and non-oil and gas exports affected economic growth. This study examines economic growth from 2014 to 2023 using data from 34 Indonesian provinces. The selection of the fixed effect model shows that economic growth is highly influenced by investment, local revenue, and non-oil and gas exports. Indonesia's economic recovery is highly dependent on investment in sectors that absorb a lot of labor, ease of business licensing, and security stability so that it can increase local revenue from regional taxes and regional levies. The government must encourage ease of doing business in the regions, reduce levies on mandatory services, regional taxation options between Provinces and Regencies/Cities, and new tax bases.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in children. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2019 is still high, namely 27.7%, still far from the WHO standard which should be below 20%. Stunting threatens the productivity of Indonesia's human resources. Overcoming it is part of an effort to protect children. The nutritional status of pregnant women and children under five is a central point in preventing stunting. The mother's knowledge about healthy food and a nutritious, diverse, balanced, and safe diet (B2SA) determines the nutritional intake of the family. This paper is intended to reveal local functional foods that have the potential to produce healthy, healthy food to prevent stunting in the community. This paper is prepared based on a Meta-Analysis of literature studies and community good practices. The incidence of stunting in Indonesia is not caused by food security, indicators of availability and accessibility, but rather by utilization. The utilization of local food diversity, both vegetable and animal, in Indonesia has the potential to be developed into functional food as healthy food to prevent stunting. It takes knowledge, technology, and assistance for the community to develop it.
