Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang pemecahan masalah matematik, proses penggunaan metode penemuan, peningkatan hasil belajar, asosiasi antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan hasil belajar matematik, serta permasalahan selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode penemuan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument angket tentang proses penggunaan metode pembelajaran dan soal- soal yang berkaitan dengan proses pemecahan masalah. Proses pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan menggunakan data pre-test dan post-test kepada seluruh siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data dilakukan menggunakan dua cara yaitu (1) Uji Asosiasi Kontingensi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya asosiasi antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan peningkatan hasil belajar, dimana dalam presedur pengolahan asosiasi kontingensi ini menggunakan kriteria penilaian yang dibuat sendiri yaitu Penilaian Acuan Patokan;(2) Uji perbedaan dua rerata yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode penemuan dan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis statistika yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatkan hasil belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa antara penggunaan metode penemuan pada kelas eksperimen dan metode biasa pada kelas control diakibatkan dengan adanya sistem diskusi dan dibiasakan untuk mencari sendiri permasalahan-permasalahan nyata serta membuat sebuah konjektur dari permasalahan tersebut yang diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen sehingga bias mengingkatkan daya fikir siswa. Sedangkan asosiasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan derajat asosiasi pada level cukup berarti.

Quality management in education is a way of managing all directed educational resources so that everyone involved carries out their duties and participates in achieving academic goals. One of the supporting elements in the education unit is the academic staff; school operators are one of them. The lack of attention to school operators is the background of this research. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at Pringgabaya District Middle School, East Lombok Regency. Collecting data in research is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study included: Principals, Teachers and Education Personnel (School Operators). The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model. to measure the validity of the data in research conducted by triangulation. The study results show that apart from inputting and managing Dapodik, school operators also play an essential role in other data collection, from filling out e-reports and ARKAS to working on the PMP application. Besides that, the problem faced by school operators is a lack of attention to the performance and welfare of school operators, which can be seen from unclear regulations and legality.

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of religious value-based management through the culture of dhuha prayer and reading Surah Al-Waqiah at MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit and Integrated Islamic Junior High School Al-Chalil Tontong Suit. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is at MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit and SMP Islam Terpadu al-Chalil Tontong Suit. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Informants in this study include: Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model. To measure the validity of the data in this study, researchers used triangulation techniques. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation by using cross-checking data between informants. The results showed that the implementation of this program relies heavily on the active involvement of teachers and school staff, who are not only facilitators but also real examples for students. The role of teachers as mentors in this activity helps students internalize the values taught, so that religious values become part of their daily lives. The religious value-based management applied at MA Al-Chalil and Al-Chalil Integrated Islamic Junior High School has succeeded in creating a harmonious educational environment, which focuses not only on intellectual but also spiritual development, producing a generation with noble character and achievements.

This study aims to explore the impact of the social environment on Arabic language acquisition among students at Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School. The social environment includes interactions with teachers, peers, and the practice of using Arabic in daily activities within the pesantren. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The findings reveal that the social environment significantly contributes to improving students' Arabic language skills, both in comprehension and communication. An environment that encourages active use of Arabic has proven effective in helping students achieve higher language competence. Moreover, support from peers and teachers also plays a crucial role in strengthening learning motivation and fostering positive language habits. In conclusion, a supportive social environment has a substantial impact on the process of Arabic language acquisition among students. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر البيئة الاجتماعية في اكتساب اللغة العربية لدى طلاب مدرسة نور الحرمين الإسلامية الداخلية. تتضمن البيئة الاجتماعية التفاعلات مع المعلمين والأقران وممارسة استخدام اللغة العربية في الأنشطة اليومية داخل المدارس الداخلية. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي النوعي باستخدام أساليب الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. وأظهرت النتائج أن البيئة الاجتماعية تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين مهارات اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب، سواء في الفهم أو التواصل. لقد أثبتت البيئة التي تشجع الاستخدام النشط للغة العربية فعاليتها في مساعدة الطلاب على تحقيق كفاءة لغوية أعلى. علاوة على ذلك، يلعب الدعم المقدم من الأقران والمعلمين أيضًا دورًا حاسمًا في تعزيز دافعية التعلم وتعزيز العادات اللغوية الإيجابية. وفي الختام فإن البيئة الاجتماعية الداعمة لها أثر كبير في عملية اكتساب اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب.

The goals of suitable instructional model were for creating the condusive condition in teaching and learning process. With the condusive condition the students would be more active and fun in learning the materials. The conventional method was one of the engender students’ achievement were low. Based on the background, the problem statement here, was there an Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017?. While the purposed of this study was for knowing the Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017. Further more, this study used Cluster Random Sampling in taking sample. Besides that the collecting data here used tests as a main method while the documentation, observation and interview as acomplement method. Thus for the data analysis used T-test. Based on the data analysis found t-test as a 4,475 and t- table 2,048 in significance level 5% with d.b (N-1)= 29-1= 28. On the other words t-test was bigger than t-table (4,475> 2,048) which means (Ha) was accepted and (Ho) was rejected thus for, there was an Effect of Tutorial Instructional Model Based on E-Learning Towards Students’ TIK Subject Matter Achievement in X SMAN 1 East Praya, Central Lombok in Academic Year 2016/ 2017. Shortly, this study was “significance”.

This research focuses on showing the application model of role playing learning by using image media in MI NW Aik Anyar Sukamulia East Lombok students. By applying the learning model, it does not escape the condition of students who are less effective in following the learning provided by the teacher. By seeing the lack of effectiveness in teaching, teachers apply the role playing learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research, with data collection such as observation, and tests. The results found that when the teacher applied the role playing method model in cycle I to 23 students or 70% and improved again in cycle II so that student learning completeness reached 92% or 31 students. Thus it can be said that, the role playing method is a very effective method for teachers to apply in teaching MI NW Aik Anyar Sukamulia East Lombok students.

This research discusses the complexity of school-based management as a strategy to improve teacher quality. In the ever-evolving era of education, the role of school-based management becomes crucial in creating an effective learning environment. The concept of complexity is applied to describe the dynamics, interactions and challenges involved in managing teachers together in an educational environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the implementation of school-based management and its impact on co-teachers at SD Negeri 3 Tirtanadi. Data were collected through interviews, observation and document analysis related to education policy. The research findings show that the complexity of school-based management includes factors such as leadership, stakeholder engagement, professional development and organisational culture. The results provide deep insights into how schools can effectively manage these complexities to improve teacher quality. The practical implications of this research involve crafting education policies that support the implementation of school-based management, empowering school leadership and strengthening collaboration among stakeholders. As such, this research makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the complexities of school-based management as a strategic endeavour in improving teacher quality in the contemporary education era.

The independent curriculum is a new policy initiated by the minister of education. Madrasah must be ready to face change. Responding to these changes, madrasas need to gain knowledge related to the independent curriculum and the preparation of the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) which is in line with national education goals. This research aims to increase the capacity of madrasah teachers in compiling the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) based on Freedom of Learning. Through intensive workshop activities, madrasah teachers in Pringgabaya-Sambelia District were given training on the basic principles of the Independent Curriculum and practical steps in compiling KOM. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of Freedom of Learning and their ability to design more flexible and student-centered learning. However, this study also identifies a number of challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum, such as limited resources and resistance to change. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to provide support and assistance to teachers in this curriculum transformation process. Overall, this study highlights the importance of the role of teachers in the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum. By increasing the capacity of teachers in compiling KOM, it is hoped that the quality of learning in madrasas can be improved and the goal of Freedom of Learning to create creative, critical, and independent graduates can be achieved.

This study aims to develop innovative project assessment instruments that are relevant to improving reading skills in Arabic language learning. The focus of this study is on the Grade IX Arabic Textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the need for assessment methods that can encourage students to understand texts deeply, critically, and contextually, in accordance with the demands of today's learning. This study used library research method strengthened by content analysis to explore the optimal strategies and approaches in developing project-based assessment instruments. The findings show that the instrument can be designed through activities such as text analysis, summarization, and interpretive discussion. The instrument is accompanied by an evaluation rubric that covers vocabulary understanding, text structure, content analysis, and the ability to reflect the meaning of the text in the context of daily life. This innovation is expected to improve students' reading ability while honing critical thinking skills and appreciation of Arabic texts. In addition, this instrument provides teachers with a comprehensive and measurable evaluation tool to objectively monitor student progress. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of Arabic language learning in Indonesia through an interactive and applicable approach, so that it can meet the needs of modern education in improving maharatul qiro'ah effectively and continuously.
