Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of firm age moderation on the effect of profitability and leverage on the share price of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research comes from secondary data obtained from the Annual Report of companies engaged in the pharmaceutical financial industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation year, namely 2018-2022 through the IDX website (www.id.co.id). Descriptive Analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis are data analysis techniques used in this study with the EVIEWS 9 program. Based on the results of this study, it was found that Profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Leverage has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. As well as the age of the company is able to moderate the effect of profitability and leverage on the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decision of Avoskin Serum among female students at the National University. The sample in this study were 100 female students at the National University who had purchased avoskin serum products. This study uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) 3.3.2 program. This shows that Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Brand Trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y ). So it can be concluded that product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, sales promotion, and consumer confidence on pinkyshop online purchase decisions in the shoppe marketplace. The results of the study using primary data in the form of questionnaires to 115 Pinkyshop consumer respondents showed that there was a positive and significant influence between sales promotion and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions for Pinkyshop products. And there is a non-positive and insignificant influence on the price perception variable on purchasing decisions that means if prices rise then purchasing decisions will decrease, otherwise if prices fall then purchasing decisions will increase. Even so, the prices provided at pinkyshop in the shoppe marketplace are in accordance with the quality of the product and the price is almost similar to competitors. While sales promotions carried out to provide product information to consumers can improve purchasing decisions. Consumer confidence contributes the most than price perception and sales promotion. This shows that according to consumers, trust is caused by security, the information conveyed is accurate and there are various kinds of products in it. From this study found that of the many factors that can influence the occurrence of transactions through ecommerce, the trust factor is the key factor. Only customers who have trust will dare to make transactions through internet media, thus making consumers more confident to decide to shop at pinkyshop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, mutation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Gunung Sahari 2 Branch, North Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and model feasibility test, the regression equation is obtained, as follows: Y = 0.171K + 0.277M + 0.533 DK The results of the regression analysis in this study show that compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), mutations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), In an effort to improve employee performance, PT. Indomarco Prismatama Branch Gunung Sahari 2 North Jakarta needs to pay attention and know what is the problem because it can be used as a basis for correcting weaknesses and maintaining effectiveness through compensation, transfers and good work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation, Brand Image and Word of Mouth on Interest in Buying Maybelline face powder products in Gen-z FEB National University Students. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses multiple linear regression analysis with processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 with data collection methods through questionnaires to 100 respondents from FEB Nasional University students and know Maybelline face powder products. The results of this study indicate that the Product Innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest for Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest for Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z, Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Interest Buy Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on financial distress for companies in the consumer goods industry sector during the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study were companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling based on the criteria, a sample of 20 companies was obtained. The data source used is secondary data with the documentation method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and logistic regression with a significance level of 0.05 using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that return on assets (ROA) and debt to asset ratio (DAR) have a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Current ratio (CR) has no effect on financial distress. Through the results of this study it is hoped that it can help company managers in consumer goods industry sector companies to continue to improve effective and efficient financial ratios in order to avoid financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and work loyalty on employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store, East Jakarta. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. This study uses primary data which is distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS) program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), have no effect on the performance of employees at PT Matahari Department Store, East Jakarta. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction (X3) and Job Loyalty (X4) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Matahari Department Store, East Jakarta. The results of this study are expected that the company is able to maintain and improve the performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store, East Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), Company Size (SIZE), and Debt to Equity Ratio on Profit Growth in Property and Real Estate Companies during the period 2016-2020. The population of this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling consisting of 15 companies. The data collection technique used is documentation. By using the Eviews 9 program, the research data were analyzed using a panel data regression approach with a significance level of 0.05. This analysis shows that the variables CR, TATO and ROA have a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. Meanwhile, Company Size (SIZE) has a negative and significant effect on Profit Growth and DER has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Transformational Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Ojju K-Food Restaurant Jakarta. The data of this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 102 employees of the Ojju K-Food Restaurant Jakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.332 and has an effect of 33.2%. Then the variable Transformational Leadership (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.134 and has an influence of 13.4%. Likewise for the variable Work Environment variable (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.403 and has an effect of 40.3%. Then to partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant is the Work Environment variable of 0.000. The results of this study expect the company to be able to improve the work environment so as to help improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office employees. The method of analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data analysis through several tests, namely the research instrument test, classical assumption test, model feasibility test (F test), multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test). The population in this study were permanent employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office with a total of 150 employees, the number of samples in this study were 109 employees with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline, work motivation and work commitment on the performance of DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office employees. The contribution of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment affected the performance of DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office employees, namely 0.638 or 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% was explained by other variable factors that were not included in this study.
