Abstract

Usaha catering merupakan usaha yang mempunyai prospek yang bagus, karena bersifat menerima pesanan sehingga ukm catering hanya membuat makanan sesuai pesanan dan tidak ada persediaan makanan yang tidak laku, berbeda dengan warung ataupun restaurant yang kemungkinan ada makanan yang tidak laku terjual. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan ukm catering lestari adalah strategi pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut (Mouth of word). Pelatihan yang diberikan pada ukm catering lestari yaitu promosi pemasaran dengan menggunakan media social facebook dan Instagram.. Hasil pelatihan yaitu catering lestari lebih dikenal masyarakat dengan promosi produk lewat sosial media facebook dan Instagram sebagai media promosi sehingga usaha catering lestari bisa berkembang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of communication, work motivation, and work commitment on employee performance. Effective communication in the workplace plays an important role in building good relationships between managers and employees as well as between employees. High work motivation can increase employee productivity and work quality, while strong work commitment leads to high loyalty and dedication to the organization. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at the same level from service companies. The collected data is analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression to identify relationships between these variables. The research results show that effective communication significantly contributes to improving employee performance. Work motivation has also been proven to have a strong influence on performance, with employees who feel motivated tending to be more productive and innovative. Apart from that, the level of employee work commitment to the organization also influences their performance positively. Employees who have high levels of commitment tend to show lower levels of absenteeism and greater loyalty to their companies. The implication of these findings is that organizations need to pay attention to and improve internal communication strategies, develop effective work motivation programs, and promote strong work commitment bonds to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

In today's human resource management, increasing employee satisfaction is an important focus for companies. By paying attention to employee job satisfaction, namely by understanding and meeting employee needs, companies tend to have higher productivity and better employee retention. The purpose of this research is to analyze the significant influence of organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics simultaneously on the employee job satisfaction of PT Abadikurnia Citrarasa in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the data used is in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 72 respondents. The research results showed that partially organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Abadikurnia Citrarasa. Simultaneously, organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Abadikurnia citrarasa in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of broadcasting how job training, job placement and recruitment systems have an impact on employee work productivity in Surabaya. The research was carried out quantitatively by collecting data through questionnaires. PT Sinar Waringin Adhikarya received a research sample of 40 respondents. Reliability, validity, coefficient of determination (R²), T and F tests are components of data evaluation carried out using the method for multiple linear regression analysis used in IBM SPSS. Version 26. Each variable used is valid and reliable as proven by the results of this research. According to the T test, the variables of the recruitment system, job training and job placement partially contribute positively and significantly to employee work productivity. The three independent variables have a large influence on work productivity simultaneously as shown by the F test. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 40%, and other external variables not discussed in this study influence 60% of the total. Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pelatihan kerja, penempatan kerja dan sistem rekrutmen berdampak pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. PT Sinar Waringin Adhikarya menerima sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Reliabilitas, validitas, koefisien determinasi (R²), uji T dan F merupakan komponen evaluasi data dilakukan melalu memanfaatkan metode untuk analisis regresi linier berganda yang digunakan dalam IBM SPSS. Versi 26. Setiap variabel yang digunakan valid dan reliabel terbukti dari hasil dari penelitian ini. Menurut uji T, variabel sistem rekrutmen, pelatihan kerja dan penempatan pekerjaan dengan parsial berkontribusi positif dan signifikan pada produktivitas kerja karyawan. Ketiga variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas kerja secara simultan yang ditunjukkan dengan uji F. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 40%, dan variabel eksternal lain yang tidak dibahas dalam studi ini mempengaruhi 60% dari total.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication,organizational commitment, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Krakatau Steel Construction. Interpersonal communication is considered important in supports task completion, while commitment and organizational culture identified as an important factor driving productivity and powercompany competitiveness. The research method used is approachquantitative, by collecting primary data through distributed questionnairesto the entire population of 71 employees. Data analysis was carried outusing validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis,and hypothesis testing.Research findings show that interpersonal communication, commitmentorganization, and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance employees either partially or simultaneously. The research results concludethat these three variables are strategic factors that must be managedeffectively to increase employee productivity. Practical implications ofThis research highlights the importance of continuously strengthening organizational culture and fostering effective communication between employees and management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Baja Kontruksi. Komunikasi interpersonal dianggap penting dalam mendukung penyelesaian tugas, sedangkan komitmen dan budaya organisasi diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting yang mendorong produktivitas dan daya saing perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 71 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut merupakan faktor strategis yang harus dikelola secara efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan budaya organisasi secara terusmenerus dan membina komunikasi yang efektif antara karyawan dan manajemen.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership and Employee Satisfaction on employee performance of PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 60 respondents. This study used a data collection method through distributing questionnaires using quantitative data types. The method in this study used Validity Test, Reliability Test and Classical Assumption Test, data analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, while the hypothesis testing technique used the t Test and F Test, Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Organizational Culture (X1) and Transformational Leadership (X2) do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) partially. The variable Employee Satisfaction (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) partially. The variables of Organizational Culture (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2) and Employee Satisfaction (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo simultaneously. This study provides recommendations to PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo to continue to strengthen organizational culture by reviewing and improving the existing organizational culture, improving the competence of leaders in implementing transformational leadership, and paying attention to aspects that influence employee satisfaction. Thus, the company can create a conducive work environment, increase employee productivity, and support the achievement of organizational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepuasan Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas dan Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis data dilakukan dengan Analisis RegresiLinier Berganda, sedangkan teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F, Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara parsial. Variabel Kepuasan Karyawan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara parsial. Variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2) dan Kepuasan Karyawan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo secara simultan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada PT. Lotte Grosir Sidoarjo untuk terus memperkuat budaya organisasi dengan meninjau dan memperbaiki budaya organisasi yang ada, meningkatkan kompetensi pemimpin dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional, serta memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang memengaruhi kepuasan karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of price, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes. The purpose of this study is to identify, prove, and analyze the effects of price, product quality, and brand image on the purchase decisions of Converse shoes among students of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.Using a quantitative approach, the research collects both primary and secondary data from 100 respondents. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis, which includes validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests to analyze the data.The results of the study show that partially, price, product quality, and brand image each have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, price, product quality, and brand image also significantly influence purchasing decisions. These findings highlight the importance of these three factors in marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of work discipline, communication, and role clarity on employee performance and to analyze the moderating role of social support within the organizational context of PT. XYZ Construction Surabaya. The research was motivated by the recurring issues of declining performance and project delays, which indicated inadequate work discipline, ineffective communication flows, and role ambiguity among employees. Existing studies had not yet comprehensively integrated these variables in a single empirical model nor evaluated the moderating effect of social support in the construction industry setting, creating a research gap that this study intended to address. A quantitative research method was applied, involving 90 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The findings showed that work discipline, communication, and role clarity positively and significantly affected employee performance, while social support did not moderate these relationships. The model explained 48.0% of the variance in Employee Performance (R2=0.480). The study contributed theoretically by confirming the dominant role of structural performance drivers over psychosocial support, and practically by providing managerial insights into improving performance in project-based environments. Suggestions for future research were provided based on identified limitations.
