Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influence of transformationalleadership style, individual characteristics, work environment on work motivation and teacherperformance. The study was conducted at State Vocational School Tambelangan 1 , SampangRegency, with 40 teachers as respondents. Data collected with survey methode and questionnaireis as instrument. This research is included in associative research. The data obtained is analyzedusing SPSS. The results of the study were obtained, that Transformation Leadership Style has nosignificant effect on Work Motivation, Individual characteristics have no significant effect onWork Motivation, Work Environment has no significant effect on Work Motivation,Transformational Leadership has significant effect on Teacher Performance, IndividualCharacteristics have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Environment has nosignificant effect on Teacher Performance, and Work Motivation has no significant effect onTeacher Performance.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics, Work Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the effect of motivation, work ability, and professionalism simultaneously and partially has an influence on the performance of the Department of Public Works staff in Sumenep Regency, and To find out among the motivations, work skills, and professionalism that have a dominant influence on the Office of Public Works in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, work ability, and professionalism had a very significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 1.540 with a significance level of 0.113 (smaller than 0.05). Partially, motivation, work ability, and professionalism have a significant influence on the Department of Public Works in Sumenep Regency. This is evidenced by the t value of each independent variable, namely: the motivation of the t value of 1.635 with a significance level of 0.001, the ability work value of t arithmetic of 0.127 with a significance level of 0.30 and professionalism with a value of t arithmetic of 0.905 with a significance level of 0.002 (less than 0.05). Thus it can be said that all independent variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works in Sumenep Regency; and motivation variables have a very dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees at the Department of Public Works in Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

The results of mushroom cultivation are processed by members of the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group into innovative processed products with high selling value, such as Mushroom Satay, Mushroom Sempol, Mushroom Tofu Walik, Krispi Mushrooms, Mushroom Sandwiches, Mushroom Topping Pizza and various other mushroom preparations.Some of the problems faced by the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group are lack of access to information about mushroom processing technology, availability of raw materials due to geography, economics, environment, technological and regulatory factors and demand. Apart from that, there are difficulties with available markets, public understanding of the benefits of mushrooms and the types that can be processed and consumed as an addition to a nutritious diet.Hands-on training methods and mentoring with the mushroom community in Surabaya who will teach how to grow and care for mushrooms and how to process them into various food products with high nutritional value with solutions Providing access to information and training on mushroom processing technology, increasing the availability of raw materials quality through oyster mushroom cultivation and development programs, support for promotion and marketing of mushroom products produced through the marketplace and development of communication campaigns aimed at increasing public understanding and awareness of the benefits of mushrooms and the types that can be processed and consumed

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otentik, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa kota Surabaya. Kepemimpinan Otentik, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja individu dalam suatu organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang terdiri dari 67 karyawan di bagian produksi, layout & design, pengiriman, dan finishing. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Otentik, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Otentik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa kota Surabaya. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa kota Surabaya. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan karyawan. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan Kepemimpinan Otentik, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi karena hal ini akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja individu dan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan kualitas SDM yang baik dalam perusahaan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 Surabaya memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memuaskan, dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang mendukung. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, yang menekankan visi, komunikasi, dan dukungan, dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Kepemimpinan yang efektif pada kesejahteraan karyawan akan menghasilkan kepuasan terhadap karyawan. Karyawan yang puas akan lebih termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan dan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan. Data diuji dan dianalisis melalui Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga terbukti memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 orang karyawan PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel work-life balance, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kemampuan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sampoerna Jaya Baja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan karyawan. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan kemampuan kerja. Karena hal ini akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja individu dan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh remunerasi finansial, efektivitas pelatihan, dan kemajuan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT SURINDO TEGUH GEMILANG. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei. Sampel sebanyak 53 karyawan diambil dari total 112 karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif. Pendekatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan banyak pendekatan analisis data, termasuk analisis deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis, dan regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder. Hasil pengujian parsial menunjukkan bahwa faktor Kompensasi Finansial dan Efektivitas Pelatihan secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan; namun, variabel Pengembangan Karier tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT SURINDO TEGUH GEMILANG Gresik. Nilai t_hitung menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompensasi Finansial adalah sebesar 6,262 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, Efektivitas Pelatihan adalah sebesar 2,507 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,016, dan Pengembangan Karir adalah sebesar -0,848 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,400.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Ability, Length of Service, and Compensation on the Performance of Marketing Department Employees on CV. XXX. The sample in this study is employees of the marketing department on CV. XXX  as many as 46 people. The sampling technique in this is saturated sampling and data collection using questionnaires. The instrument validity test uses Pearson Correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha, and data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that: (1) Work Ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (2) Employment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (4) Work Ability, Length of Service, and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX.

Abstract

Surabaya City is one of the cities with high population growth. This population increase certainly has consequences for the provision of adequate public facilities and employment opportunities that ensure the survival and welfare of the population. One way to assess performance based on the principles of Good Government is through the financial health of the Local Government organization. The purpose of this study based on the formulation of the problems described above is to determine the results of the Financial Ratio Analysis of the Surabaya City Local Government as a Good Government Benchmark. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with secondary data coming from the official website of the Information and Data Management Officer. The results of this study indicate that in the 2019-2023 fiscal year the Surabaya City Government in managing its Regional Finances is classified as Inefficient. However, the Surabaya City Government in using resources to obtain PAD is classified as Highly Effective. In terms of regional autonomy, Surabaya City is classified in the Delegative category. However, in terms of allocating resources, the Surabaya City Government still allocates too much to the process of governance compared to the acquisition of long-term assets / fixed assets. In this fiscal year, Surabaya City did not always experience good financial growth, but there were still fiscal years where Surabaya City experienced a decrease in the Realization of Regional Original Revenue and Realization of Regional Expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee well-being, job satisfaction and transformational leadership on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees. The instrument test in this study is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t/partial test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The data was tested and analyzed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study showed that all indicators were valid and reliable. The results of the t test showed that employee well-being had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. the result of the determination coefficient test of 0.586 means that 58.6% of Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 Surabaya is influenced by employee well being, job satisfaction and transformational leadership factors. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors that are not influenced by this variable.
