Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data, facts, and valid and correct information, and can be trusted, about Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance. Using a quantitative research approach and the survey method. To prove the influence of the variables of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Job Stress on Performance in this study, data analysis techniques were carried out with Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis:There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Leadership Style variable on Job Stress. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Organizational Culture variable on Job Stress. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Leadership Style variable on Performance. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Organizational Culture variable on the Performance variable. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Job Stress variable on the Performance variable. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Job Stress and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to obtain facts, data and information, valid and true, and can be trusted about the influence of Leadership, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance, at Raflesia Foundation Depok.Data derived from questionnaires distributed were analyzed data, among others: description of data, testing of research requirements, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of variables of Leadership (X1), Organizational Climate (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Performance (Y) in this research, used data analysis technique with path analysis.Based on result of research analysis: 1) There is an influence of Leadership (X1) to Job Satisfaction (X3) 0,601; 2) There is an influence of Organizational Climate (X2) to Job Satisfaction (X3) equal to 0,283; 3) There is influence of Perception About Leadership (X1) to Performance (Y) equal to 0,310; 4) There is an effect of Organizational Climate (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.251; 5) There is influence of Job Satisfaction (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.366

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi, mengingat bahwa dewasa ini semakin banyak perusahaan yang menjalankan perusahaannya dengan mengalihkan strategi mereka ke pemasaran dengan menjalin hubungan dan kerjasama yang kuat antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan yang popular dengan sebutan relationship strength, dengan tujuan untuk memperlancar pemasaran barang dan jasa dan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Kemudian untuk mengkaji berbagai variasi dalam relationship strength dan dampaknya dengan kepuasan pelanggan pada maskapai penerbangan (airline), dapat difokuskan pada tiga variasi atau dimensi yang membentuk relationship strength yaitu: trust, commitment, dan relationalism. Ada tiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (Ha1) : Terdapat dampak kepercayaan dengan kepuasan pelanggan). (Ha2) : Terdapat dampak komitmen dengan kepuasan pelanggan (Ha3) : Terdapat dampak relationalism dengan kepuasan pelanggan Dari hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan semuanya terbukti gagal ditolak. Dari hasil pengujian Hipotesis Pertama (Ha1) dapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat dampak yang positif antara kepercayaan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji Hipotesis Kedua (Ha2) juga terbukti bahwa terdapat dampak yang positif antara komitmen dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Hipotesis Ketiga (Ha3) juga terbukti bahwa terdapat dampak yang positif antara relationalism dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Dampak antara berbagai variasi atau dimensi-dimensi yang membentuk relationship strength dengan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan sangat kuat. Juga terdapat pengaruh Relationship Strength terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari ketiga dimensi relationship strength diatas , maka yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah kepercayaan Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian ini agar pihak maskapai penerbangan harus betuk betul menjaga dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan komitmen dan relationalism agar jalinan hubungan semakin kuat baik antara pelanggan dengan maskapai penerbangan. Juga, agar dipertimbangkan pemberian kompensasi yang cukup dan seimbang dengan tugas-tugas karyawan yang langsung berhubungan dengan pelanggan mereka karena tugas-tugas mereka cukup berat dan terkait dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to find out about the influence between Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication and Job Satisfaction on the performance of NCO / Tamtama in Kodiklatau. Data derived from questionnaires distributed were analyzed data, among others: description of data, testing of research requirements, including: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of Organizational Climate variable (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Performance (Y). In this research, used data analysis technique with path analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is influence Organizational Climate (X1) on Job Satisfaction (X3) of 0.175; 2) There is the influence of Interpersonal Communication (X2) on Job Satisfaction (X3) of 0.35; 3) There is an effect of Organizational Climate (X1) on Performance (Y) of 0.293; 4) There is the influence of Interpersonal Communication (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.259; 5) There is influence of Job Satisfaction (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.254. Abstract

The development of the times at this time goes so fast. One area that is quite influential in the field ofHuman Resources. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of work discipline in sequislife insurancecompanies. The following is included with the training where a series of activities are designed to improve theskills, knowledge, experience, or changes in an individual's attitude in ways to improve the quality of servicesand products and communicate with employees or customers. Both of these elements will influence theincreasing satisfaction and work performance of employees. The data of this study get some importantconclusions that the two elements are very important for employees in an effort to improve employeesatisfaction and work performance in the work environment. Abstract

Abstract                        This objective of this research is to study the effect of the work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction on the organization commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Indah Cup Sukses Makmur, Bogor, West Java. the method used to analyze this research is the causal study or path analyze. The sample of this research were 110 employee, and at selected randomly.The research result showed, there is effect positive and significant work team on job satisfaction, there is effect positif and significant organization culture on job satisfaction, there is effect work team on commitment organization, there is effect positive and significant organization culture on commitment organization, there is effect positif and significant job satisfaction on commitmen organization.Best on the result of the reseacrh, can be concluded that the commitment organization were effect by work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction employees. Keywords: Work team, organization culture, job satisfaction, commitment organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Central National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using survey methods, including survey activities, consolidation, instrument trials through validity and reliability tests as well as collection and processing of research data. The sample in this study was 133 employees at the Deputy for Latbang Sector of the Central BKKBN. The data collection technique in this study used a random sampling technique, meaning random sampling. Measurement in this study was carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables. The size of the value given in each question uses a "Likert Scale". The data originating from the distribution of questionnaires was carried out by data analysis including data description, and research requirements testing, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on Performance (Y). In this study, data analysis techniques were used with path analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.427; 2) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.359; 3) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Performance (Y) of 0.306; 4) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.315; 5) There is an effect of Work Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.210.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Performance

Abstract

research was conducted at PT.MNC Wahana Wisata, Jakarta. MNC group is a multinational company in Indonesia. This study population of employees of PT.MNC Wahana Wisata. Amounting to 70 people which is a saturated sample. The study aims to determine whether there is an effect between the factor or dimension of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction on work performance. Associative research method with conducted with a quantitative approach to research survey techniques, and descriptive research with causality variables. The result should that partially three exogenous variables are work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction, have a significant effect on the endogenous variable is work performance. Suggestions submitted to the management company, should pay attention and increase the intensity of the factors of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction to achieve high work performance to improve the company high work performance to create added value and make it even better.Keywords: work engagement, organization culture, job satisfaction, work performance

Abstract

Abstract :Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an amil zakat institution which is engaged in collecting zakat, infaq, alms, Waqf and grants as well as humanitarian social funds and company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), distributes through educational programs, social da'wah, humanitarian and economic in national based. Based on the documentation data at BMH, it informs that employee performance does not comply with the targets set by the management. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory or causal design. The population in this study were all employees at BMH. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. Selection of the number of samples using the probability sampling method, the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula, and determined as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results found that workload affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, workload affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance, organizational commitment affects employee performance.Keywords :    Workload, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of leadership, ability, and motivation on employee performance of Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel (Case study at Indonesian Navy Health Service). The method of research is a quantitative approach. Data of research is primary data for observation from April up to August 2020. The number of samples of this research was 94 respondents, consists of all Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel levels. The method used in this research is path analysis, which previously used the instrument test in the questionnaire, namely by testing the validity and reliability, then testing the analysis requirements, namely the normality test, significance test, and linearity test. After that, the hypothesis is tested. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: Leadership has a positive effect on motivation, the ability has a positive effect on motivation, leadership has a positive direct effect on performance, the ability has a direct positive effect on performance, motivation has a direct positive effect on performance, Leadership, Ability, and Motivation together have a positive effect on the performance of the Indonesian Navy Health Service personnel.Keywords : Leadership, Ability, Motivation, and Employee’s Performance
