Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study comprehensively the effect of leadership style, organizational, and motivation on job satisfaction. The research was conducted the sample used was 90 people with 20 respondents to test the research instrument. The sample selection used in this study is simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing is done empirically using Path Analysis using the SPSS Version 24 program. The research showed that Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) affect Motivation (X3) and as far as where is Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) influencing Job Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that leadership style (X1) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,570 or 57,0%, Organizational Culture (X2) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,256 or 25,6%, leadership style (X1) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,231 or 23,1%, Organizational Culture (X2) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,458 or 45,8%, Motivation (X3) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,205 or 20,5%. Therefore Leadership Style is the most dominant variable that can improve Motivation. Organizational culture is the most variable that can improve the Job Satisfaction of employees in Indonesia Korean Culture and Study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT Sandin Indonesia. The sample in this study were 74 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using IBM SPSS 22 analysis tools. The results showed that partially (t) it was found that brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance value smaller than 5% confidence level (0,000 <0.05) and tcount> t table (2.284> 1.99). Based on the partial test results (t) it was found that customer value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance value smaller than 5% confidence level (0.029 <0.05) and tcount> t table (2.234> 1.99). The test results (R2) obtained a value of 0.847 so, brand image and customer value can explain the variable customer satisfaction by 84.7%, while the remaining 15.3% is explained by other variables

Abstract

The article The Effect of Training, Mentoring and Resilience on Employee Performance Mediated by Employee Engagement is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. The results of this article are: 1) Training influences employee engagement; 2) Mentoring influences employee engagement; 3) Resilience influences employee engagement; 4) Training influences employee performance; 5) Mentoring influences employee performance; 6) Resilience influences employee performance; 7) Employee engagement influences employee performance; 8) Training influences employee performance through employee engagement; 9) Mentoring influences employee performance through employee engagement; and 10) Resilience influences employee performance through employee engagement.
