Abstract

Concrete has a very high compressive strength, while tensile strength only 10 % from compressive strength. Concrete as building materials have varying prices depending on the quality of the concrete. The use of different concrete quality is expected to reduce production costs with the same strength. Steel concrete is the product can not be update, whose existence will someday be exhausted. To overcome these problems, As a replacement alternative is the use of bamboo reinforcement with wire bendrat that cost cheaper and high strength. In this research steel concrete is replaced the bamboo reinforcement with give bendrat wire is used of a simple concrete beam reinforcement. All beams concrete are given bamboo reinforcement with wire bendrat. The final results of research will known how big and ability beam modification with reinforcement of bamboo petung with the wire bendrat in receive bending style. Slump test, the test result is 7 to 10 cm. From the test results strength urge concrete cubes can be deduced that the average compressive strength of concrete K-150 is 157 kg / cm2 means that the average concrete has a quality K-157, higher than the planning the quality of (K-150) , then to the quality of concrete K-225, the average compressive strength of concrete have the quality of K-229, higher than the plan that is the quality of (K-225). Results of testing the tensile strength of concrete steel Ø 6 mm obtained an average value of 15 kN, whereas tes result for the reinforcement of bamboo petung profile that diprofil with bendrat obtained average value of 12 kN. Flexure testing result revealed that the quality of concrete beam strength of K-225 gained an average of 36.67 kN, while to the quality of K-150 in get strength 27 kN. The modification concrete beam different quality concrete with reinforcement bamboo petung reinforcement with is given bendrat wire is average test results research of 28.33 kN,while for testing concrete beam reinforced steel with different quality, the research result of flexure test give results 36.33 kN.

Abstract

Fish fumigation effort is one form ofeconomic activity in the village BandarharjoNorthern District of Semarang-basedhouseholds. The number of entrepreneurs inthe Center Industrial Fish Smoke inSemarang approximately 35 entrepreneursand have a considerable role in supportingthe economic movement of the people andhelp the city government's program to reduceunemployment, constraints faced by UKM inimproving competitiveness is the limitation ofthe means of production , limitations thecompany's management (finance andmarketing), yet have a fish cleaning andhygienic production space and representative,labor is not using safety equipment, becausethey have not understood the importance of K3 in the works. UKM Partner namely IkanAsap Bapak Sa'at and Ikan Asap Bapak HRustiono. Steps taken is to provide trainingand mentoring which includes the handling offinancial management, production andmarketing as well as make the chimney of abrick, tile floors production site, wherewashing fish of cement, gutter for drainage,signage, socialize K3 and provide equipmentproduction and safety equipment as acomplete work. With the training andguidance given, then the UKM Partners mayconduct financial management, calculate thecost of production and the selling price ofproducts. In addition UKM Partners canconduct production process with better,cleaner and healthier products.

Abstract

Kompas Gramedia sebagai salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang media cetak maupun digital, memiliki outlet yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan pengahasilan yang dimiliki oleh Gramedia Mataraman yang terlokasi di Jakarta Timur. Gramedia Matraman Sebagai outlet pertama yang dimilki Gramedia, memiliki pemeliharaan bangunan yang tergolong cukup tua contohnya sistem pencahayaannya. Pencahayaan di Gramedia Matraman perlu ditingkatkan sehingga mencapai kenyamanan bagi penggunanya. Solusi yang dilakukan pihak Gramedia Matraman dengan cara retrofit lampu konvensional dengan lampu LED. Selain itu, Gramedia berinvestasi dengan cara zero investment. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pertama kali adalah dengan cara meghitung jumlah lampu yang ingin diganti, selanjutnya menghitung nilai lux tiap lantai dan terakhir menganalisis biaya listrik penggunaan lampu, biaya operasional, dan biaya pengadaan. Hasil yang didapat adalah penghematan listirk pada penggunaan lampu setelah retrofitting adalah 920 kWh per hari, penghematan biaya operasional sebesar Rp.55.218.960,- per bulan, biaya investasi sebesar Rp. 392.540.000,-, dan payback period akan tercapai pada bulan ke 8 dengan masa hidup lampu selam 50 bulan.
