Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch. The research method used survey method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch of 32 people. Variables used are job performance, motivation, discipline and employee commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The data of this research is primary research result directly in the field. The research data is analyzed by regression analysis technique which is done by SPSS software version 17.The results of this study are 1) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable on employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the discipline variable on the performance of employees at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. There is a positive and significant influence of employee commitment variable to employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch 4) There are a positive influence and significant variable of motivation, discipline, and employee commitment together towards employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero ) Bangka Belitung Branch.

Abstract

Universities have an important role in producing quality human resources. In order to be able to perform its role well, universities are required to be able to implement good human resource management especially in improving the performance of employees and lectures. This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation to the discipline that affects the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. The population is all employees and lecturers, amounting to 52 people and because the number is below 100 then the entire population made the respondent. Measurement of research variable with instruments in questionnaires that are quantified by Likert scale. This analytic method uses Path Analysis. Hypothesis testing uses F (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The result of this research resulted that leadership did not affect the discipline while motivation and compensation respectively partially positively and significantly influence to the discipline, the next discipline influence the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. Recommendation of this research is expected to increase the knowledge of leaders of all areas and institution provide support and awards to improve the performance of employees and lecturers

Abstract

This research is based on several variables that can affect the performance and achievement of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa. After conducting a field survey, the authors finally determined some variables that could affect the performance as well as job performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa, ie work discipline, organizational commitment and training This study aims to examine the discipline of work, organizational commitment and training on performance that impact teacher work performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa. Methods in this study using survey methods and questionnaires to all respondents who numbered 42 people. This research uses quantitative analysis to primary data on field survey results. The result of this research is known that, firstly, the influence of simultaneously variable of work discipline, organizational commitment and training on teacher performance. Second, the partial influence of work discipline variables on performance. Third, the partial influence of organizational commitment variable on performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotional strategies, tourist attraction and service quality on visiting decisions and their impact on tourist satisfaction. The method in this study uses a survey and questionnaire method to several tourists visiting several tourist attractions in the city of Pangkalpinang. This study uses a quantitative analysis of primary data from field surveys. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of the study concluded that there are influences on the variable of promotional strategies, tourist attraction and service quality on visiting decisions. The service quality variable is still less influential on tourist visiting decisions compared to the other two variables, so it is necessary to consider again how the quality of services provided to tourists in order to provide greater influence on the satisfaction of the tourists. The results of this study are expected to add insight and government policy to provide comfort to the tourists who visit. For future research, it is hoped that it will need to add other independent variables and add dimensions of each variable in order to add deeper knowledge

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, organizational culture and the use of information technology on work motivation that has an impact on teacher performance by taking the object of research in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Pangkalpinang. Analysis technique to test hypotheses using path analysis. The results of the study concluded that Compensation and Utilization of information technology affect work motivation, while the work environment and organizational culture do not affect work motivation. Furthermore, this study also concluded that work motivation has an effect and has an impact on teacher performance.
