Abstract

Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, including in the field of education. Muhammadiyah 6 Medan Elementary School (SDM 6) is one of the schools that has implemented technology in its education system approach. This research aims to evaluate the impact of technology in the education system approach in HR 6. This research is a qualitative descriptive research which aims to produce information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the texts studied as well as observation results. The research results show that technology has had a positive impact on the education system approach in HR 6. Technology has helped increase learning effectiveness, student motivation and the quality of education. Specifically, technology has helped teachers to deliver learning material in a more interesting and interactive manner. Technology has also helped students to learn independently and more effectively. Apart from that, technology has also helped schools to improve the quality of education by providing access to a wider range of learning resources. However, this research also found several challenges in implementing technology in the education system approach in SDM 6. These challenges include, among other things, related to the availability of infrastructure and human resources, as well as teachers' ability to use technology. In general, this research shows that technology has the potential to improve the quality of education. However, the application of technology in education needs to be done wisely and taking into account various related factors.

Abstract

This research aims to describe or explain the literature review regarding the importance of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research method uses a qualitative research method using an observation, interview, documentation and literature study approach or based on literature review through book reviews and journals. The research steps start from collecting articles, reducing artcles, discussing and concluding. The research results show that the importance of strategic management in improving the quality of education can have a positive influence on the educational institution itself. Improving the quality of education will of course have an impact on graduates from these schools. Through strategic management, future opportunities can be expanded and realized risks can be minimized. Strategic management can only be achieved if all parties have a direct interest in the school such as school administrators, parents, teachers and staff involved.

Abstract

This research was conducted to deepen the role of professional ethics in educators. This type of research uses the literature study research method. Zed in Kartiningsih’s research (2015) said that the literature study method is a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing materials. Study. Professional ethics is an attitude of life to meet the professional service needs of clients with involvement and expertise as a service within the framework of the obligations of society as a whole towards members of society who need it accompanied by careful reflection. To become a professional teacher is not easy, you must have special requirements and you must know the ins and outs of educational theory.
