Abstract

This research is motivated by widespread business networks in the business world and raises fierce business competition. To respond to this, the author conducted a business network research conducted by MSMEs Yoi Milk. The objectives that must be achieved in this study include: (1) to find out what the founders of Yoi Milk did to build their business network. (2) to find out how marketing is done by Yoi Milk. (3) to find out how the financial management is carried out by Yoi Milk in order to get profits in accordance with what the business wants. This research was conducted directly by the founder of Yoi Milk. This research seeks business networks carried out by Yoi Milk business entrepreneurs to decide on product development starting from marketing carried out to products marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, one of which is interviewing Yoi Milk business actors about marketing, sales, and financial management carried out for profit.

Abstract

Abstrak. In this day and age, competition for business companies is increasingly fierce, many find problems that can cause the company to fail or compete. From this competition, it is necessary that the company will be able to achieve the goals it has set if it can have employees who have good performance at work, this can really help the company to develop even better. Therefore, the formulation in this research is about the impact of workload on employee performance at the Zodiak Sutami hotel and also what kind of work agreement is used. The method used in this research is qualitative so that it can analyze industrial relations between employees at the Zodiak Sutami hotel. The results of this research are that the form of work agreement at the Zodiak Sutami Hotel is a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) with a period of 24 months. Overtime pay is permitted, and companies are required to provide overtime pay in accordance with statutory regulations. The industrial relations that occur at the hotel also seem harmonious and the leaders at the Zodiak Sutami hotel try to be a place for their employees to tell their stories. Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research aims to explore or study the application of business ethics in industrial relations and company productivity. Research found that the application of business ethics in CV. Sugih Maju Berkah forms positive and good behavior for leaders and employees, is able to create fair relationships, and is able to protect employees from work situations that violate morality. The research results highlight that the application of business ethics not only has a positive impact on company productivity but also creates a conducive or comfortable work environment. Leaders and employees who behave ethically can build the foundation of healthy industrial relations, which in turn strengthens collaboration or unity and trust among team members. In conclusion, the application of business ethics in industrial relations at CV. Sugih Maju Berkah has a positive and excellent impact on company productivity and creates a conducive, productive and safe work environment.

Abstract

Abstract This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the factors that influence employee job satisfaction in the context of industrial relations. Researchers found the fact that employee job satisfaction factors at PT Ajutex are influenced by employee work agreements, workers' rights , operational hours as well as guaranteed safety and welfare for workers. And it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being in employees. This means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the psychological well-being of employees. Conversely, the lower the employee's job satisfaction, the lower the employee's psychological well-being. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Industrial Relations, Labor,Pt Ajutex Abstrak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang sifatnya kualitatif deskriptif.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam konteks hubungan industrial.Peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa factor kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Ajutex dipengaruhi oleh perjanjian kerja karyawan,hak para pekerja,jam operasional serta jaminan keamanan dan kesejahteraan pada pekerja. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang baik antara kepuasan kerja dengan psychological well-being pada karyawan di PT Ajutex. Dapat diartikan bahwa, Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyaean terhadap perusahaan maka semakin meningkat pula kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan. Sedangkan,semakin menurun kualitas kepuasan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan maka semakin rendah pula kesejahteraan psikologis yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the business network's impact on the sales volume of rice crackers at a specific production house in Cililin. The study utilizes a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive model, including interviews, observations, and documentation as research methods. The research findings indicate that a rice cracker production facility in Cililin has established a robust production network, with several suppliers providing raw materials. Additionally, the facility has developed a marketing network by actively participating in the trader community in West Bandung. Furthermore, the facility has formed cooperative partnerships with different supplier stores to facilitate distribution. The rice cracker production plant in Cililin has effectively enhanced its annual sales volume through its established business network while selling items exclusively within the local vicinity. Hence, it is recommended that the production company in Cililin enhance its commercial network to broaden prospects, resulting in a surge in sales volume and profits. This entails expanding corporate networking to expand the market reach and optimizing management systems for a more streamlined firm operation.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and plan an effective business network for the cheese cake product innovation business, especially in building a business network so that the cheese cake business can continue to be popular. Observations in this research were carried out by observing consumer tastes and documentation was carried out by collecting data regarding effective business networks. The subject of this research is the development of product innovation businesses through business networks and the object is the Cheese Cake business. Based on the results of research on the development of product innovation and an effective business network for Cheese Cake, it can be concluded that the development of the cheese cake business can be carried out effectively if Cheese Cake can be marketed online so that it can be more widely known by the public by strengthening its innovation and business network
