Abstract

 This research was to find the possibilities of using the sharia banking method as the funding source alternatives for students or graduated students of IT start-up in Bina Nusantara University. This research was a qualitative research. In-depth Interview method was used to get the information. The researchers interviewed several informants that were considered as the competence individuals in Sharia Banking. It is found that sharia Banks are using the fatwa of Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN - National Sharia Council) as their operational reference, that is included the fatwa on business funding. All informants agree that IT start-up has not been discussed by the DSN, and there is no any fatwa about it. However, IT start-up has been considered as the kind of business that cannot be funded by sharia banks due to the method of the business itself, which can be considered as gharar (a business that isforbidden in Islam).

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of the process recruitment, training and careerdevelopment on job performance. The data obtained by disseminating questionnaires to 50respondent employees of PT AIA Financial. Data tested by using path analysis. And todetermine whether there is influence between process recruitment with the jobperformance, whether there is influence between training with the job performance,whether there is influence between career development with the job performance andwhether there is influence process recruitment, training and career development togetheron job performance this research is done in PT AIA Financial, Pancoran, South Jakarta.Variables used in this thesis is the process of recruitment, variables training, variablescareer development and variables job performance. Therefore, analysis of the data used istest validity and reliability testing. The test results showed that the research hypothesisprocess of recruitment positive and significant influence to job performance, trainingpositive and significant influence to the job performance and career development positiveand significant influence to the job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and servant leadership on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. Design this study with explanatory. The population in this study were employees of the Banten Provincial Litraison Agency in Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study was by disibuting questionnaires directly to the object of the study, namely employees of the Banten Provincial Liaison Agency in Jakarta. The population of this study was employees of the Banten Provincial Liaison Agency in Jakarta with a total of 124 people. Quantitative analysis methods with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS 3.3 tools. The findings in this study are: (1) The organizational climate has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) The organizational climate has a positive and unsavory effect on job satisfaction; (4) Servant leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana pengunjung event menilai dan merespons kebijakan keamanan dan privasi yang diterapkan dalam sistem registrasi online. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi persepsi pengunjung terhadap keamanan dan privasi data saat pembelian tiket online. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis faktor, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif tentang perspektif pengunjung terkait keamanan data dalam registrasi online. Hasil penelitian menemukan empat faktor baru yang memengaruhi persepsi pengunjung: pertama, jaminan sistem keamanan, dengan nilai Eigen sebesar 7.066 yang menjelaskan 22.70% varians; kedua, kepercayaan terhadap proses registrasi, dengan nilai Eigen 3.453 dan varians 21.75%; ketiga, protokol keamanan, dengan nilai Eigen 1.195 dan varians 5.55%; serta keempat, persetujuan pemanfaatan data pribadi, dengan nilai Eigen 1.073 dan varians 4.98%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keempat faktor tersebut memiliki implikasi penting terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pengunjung dan keputusan mereka dalam menggunakan layanan tiket online.
