Abstract

The objectives of this study is to know the influence of the new product adoption on purchase decision among the consumers of the Wuling Electrical Vehicle in Bandung. The research employs a quantitative approach and survey. By using the purposive method, 96 consumers in Bandung were selected as the respondents of the study. The writer uses path analysis to analyze the data. Findings of the research are as follows: 1) Awareness, Interest, Evaluation and Trial affect significantly Adoption simultaneously; 2) Awareness affects significantly Adoption partially; 3) Interest affects significantly Adoption partially; 4) Evaluation affects significantly Adoption partially; 5) Trial affects significantly Adoption partially; and 6) Adoption affects Purchase Decision significantly. Thus, the adoption process of the new electric car positively affect the consumers purchase decisions whether or not they will buy the electrical vehicle.

Abstract

Multinational companies operating in Indonesia face complex challenges in managing human resources due to diverse cultural, regulatory, and economic factors. In response, companies must implement strategic human resource management (HRM) practices that align with both global standards and local demands. This research aims to explore the HRM strategies employed by multinational companies in Indonesia and analyze their effectiveness in enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement. Using a qualitative research approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with HR managers from various multinational firms across different sectors. Data were collected to gain insights into the strategies used to address challenges such as talent acquisition, employee retention, cross-cultural management, and regulatory compliance. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, focusing on identifying common patterns and unique approaches in HRM practices. The findings reveal that successful HRM strategies in these companies are characterized by adaptability, a strong emphasis on leadership development, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Moreover, the integration of local knowledge with global HRM frameworks was found to be a key factor in overcoming the challenges specific to Indonesia’s business landscape. This study provides practical insights for HR practitioners and policymakers in multinational firms, offering a framework for developing HRM strategies that improve both employee satisfaction and organizational competitiveness in Indonesia’s dynamic market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian yang berdampak pada kepuasan konsumen pada Kicau Kecil Baby Kids Store Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 129 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 43,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 36,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variasi produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 52,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 40,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama dan penting karena mendorong terjadinya efektifitas dan efisiensi sehingga akan terwujud kinerja yang optimal. Faktor penentu kinerja karyawan di PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional salah satunya ditentukan oleh keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan disiplin kerja. Selama ini pihak PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional memandang penting memperhatikan faktor keselamatan, kesehatan kerja para serta disiplin para karyawannya, namun kondisinyabelum sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verikatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional  sebanyak 42 orang yang merupakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan pengujian statistik uji validitas, uji rehabilitas, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan program spss 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif keselamatan, kesehatan kerja, serta disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional tergolong pada kategori “cukup baik”. Keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dyandra Cintawisata Internasional.
