Abstract

Terminal bayangan Cileunyi berada di ruas jalan Raya Cipacing yang merupakan jalan arteri primer. Aktivitas terminal bayangan berupa pejalan kaki, kendaraan parkir dan berhenti, menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang di sisi jalan menjadi bagian aktivitas hambatan samping yang menyebabkan kemacetan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja jalan arteri primer akibat adanya aktivitas terminal bayangan dengan menghitung kecepatan kendaraan, kapasitas jalan, derajat kejenuhan, dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Perhitungan menggunakan PKJI 2014. Hasil yang didapat bahwa aktivitas terminal bayangan tertinggi terjadi pada siang hari dengan hambatan samping sangat tinggi, kecepatan kendaraan jauh di bawah kecepatan rencana 60 km/jam, kapasitas jalan turun, derajat kejenuhan rata-rata diatas 0,85 dengan tingkat pelayanan jalan F. Hasil simulasi tanpa adanya aktivitas terminal bayangan menunjukkan kapasitas jalan meningkat 27%, kecepatan kendaraan meningkat, derajat kejenuhan rata-rata berada di bawah 0,85 dengan tingkat pelayanan yang semakin baik.

Abstract

A set of laws or regulations known as education policy govern the way the educational system is implemented, including the objectives of education and the methods by which they are to be met. There are still a number of prevalent educational issues that make it difficult to raise the standard and accessibility of education. Of fact, a country's progress depends on its ability to provide quality education. Understanding what is meant by education policy, what it entails, what kinds of government policies are in the field of education, and how education policy is carried out are issues that frequently crop up in the context of national education policy. In order to ensure that educational activities proceed as planned and meet the desired outcomes, national education policy is crucial in safeguarding and supervising them. The research methodology employed in this study is library research, which is defined as research activities conducted by gathering information from books, journals, and the findings of earlier studies pertaining to the subject of this study. This research discusses the basic concepts and scope of educational policy, types of educational problems, efforts to resolve educational problems with educational policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher competence in the use of digital learning media, which is increasingly relevant in the era of information technology. This competence includes the ability of teachers to select, manage, and optimize digital media to support the teaching and learning process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires to teachers in several schools. The results of the analysis show that most teachers have a basic understanding of digital media but still face challenges in using it optimally, such as limited technical knowledge, access to devices, and lack of special training. Supporting factors, such as the availability of infrastructure and support from the school, also affect the ability of teachers to utilize digital learning media. Recommendations from this study include the need for ongoing training and improved facilities so that teachers are better prepared to integrate technology into the learning process. This study is expected to provide insight for education policy makers to improve the quality of teacher competence in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract: The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) plays an important role in supporting the management of academic administration in higher education institutions, particularly for students. ABC University has implemented SIAKAD since 2018 to facilitate administrative ativities in line with its motto of a high technology campus. This study aims to measure the sucess of SIAKAD usage from the aspects of acceptance, satisfaction, suitability, and perceived benefits. The integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), DeLone & McLean, and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models was carried out to obain a more comprehensive overview in assessing the success of SIAKAD. UTAUT explains the factors influencing the intention to use, DeLone & McLean emphasizes the relationship between system quality and both user satisfaction and net benefits, while TTF evaluates the fit between technology and user tasks. By combining these three models, the study addresses the limitations of each model and produces a more holistic approach in measuring acceptance, success, and the appropriateness of system use. The testing was conducted using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through AMOS. Keywords: siakad; utaut; delone&mclean; penerimaan teknologi; sem
