Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan grounded theory untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis upaya membangun sikap moderasi beragama pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi umum melalui pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn). Dengan melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan 25 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, hasil penelitian menyoroti sejumlah upaya yang diterapkan oleh kedua mata pelajaran tersebut. Temuan-temuan utama mencakup pemahaman agama yang utuh sebagai dasar penting, dengan mahasiswa yang memahami bahwa agama mengajarkan nilai-nilai toleransi, inklusivitas, dialogis, keadilan, dan kebangsaan. Sikap toleran diidentifikasi sebagai fokus sentral, yang dapat dibangun melalui metode pembelajaran seperti diskusi, dialog, dan kerja sama dengan pemeluk agama lain. Pendidikan agama Islam dan kewarganegaraan juga mendorong sikap inklusif, dialogis, keadilan, dan kebangsaan melalui materi pembelajaran yang mencakup sejarah toleransi beragama di Indonesia dan pemahaman tentang tokoh-tokoh pejuang toleransi. Temuan menegaskan peran integral PAI dan PKn dalam membentuk sikap moderasi beragama pada mahasiswa, dengan penekanan pada nilai-nilai tersebut sebagai instrumen berharga untuk kontribusi positif terhadap keharmonisan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study reveals that teacher management is a profession with limited professional skills, and teacher organizations do not implement effective strategies. Research focuses on strategic management of teacher education, including analyzing the school environment, formulating strategies, implementing strategies, evaluating strategies, and solving problems. This research uses qualitative methods which include observation and documentation, and uses theories such as the Grand theory of strategic management, learning theory, and student concepts. The study also used triangulation to validate the data. Research findings include analyzing the school environment using SWOT analysis, formulating strategies, implementing strategies, evaluating strategies and overcoming problems. Research concludes that teacher management is a profession with limited professional skills and is not effective in improving student learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how service management might be used to raise the standard of inclusive education. The study was conducted at MI Al-Biruni Bandung, SD Ibnu Sina Bandung, and SDI Scholar Muda Bandung. This study employs a qualitative case study methodology. The study's findings demonstrate how to manage inclusive education services by giving students with special needs (PDBK) the infrastructure and facilities they need, hiring qualified teachers, adapting the curriculum and assessment methods for GDPK, and fostering a positive learning environment. According to the goals and objectives of the schools, each of the three educational institutions has a unique approach to implementing service management. Although the objectives of education may vary, they generally remain relate to the criteria of quality outlined in the relevant laws and regulations.
