Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan tingkat perasaan senang seseorang sebagai penilaian positif terhadap pekerjaannya dan lingkungan tempat kerjanya. Ketika seorang karyawan telah dipenuhi tingkat kebutuhannya oleh perusahaan tempat ia bekerja maka ia akan merasa puas dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan customer service pada PT Angkasa Pura Support Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Angkasa Pura Support Bali dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 68 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perceived organizational support secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

PDAM Gianyar Regency is a regional company that provides clean water to the community, especially the people of Gianyar Regency. Therefore, as an agency that implements public services, PDAM Gianyar Regency is expected to provide satisfactory performance. But currently PDAM Gianyar Regency is experiencing problems in terms of employee performance. Lack of training for employees, not being able to implement career development and encourage and motivate employees to improve employee performance, and the lack of competency application in doing a job based on their work knowledge experience. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of training, career development, and competence on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Gianyar Regency as many as 70 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. It is recommended to PDAM Gianyar Regency to encourage employees to work more carefully, effectively and efficiently in order to improve the quality of their work so that they are in line with the stated agency goals.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Good and professional performance by all employees (the company) is one of the goals of HR management. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, emotional intelligence and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Denpasar using a sample of 80 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work discipline, emotional intelligence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sumber Cipta Multiniaga.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja (job performance) dari karyawan, agar dapat tercapainya target perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah pengembangan karir dan diklat yang diikuti karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan diklat terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinarartha Bali Money Changer Di Kabupaten Badung.. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang karyawan di PT. Sinarartha Bali Money Change. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa. Variabel diklat juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel pengembangan karir dan diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinarartha Bali Money Changer Di Kabupaten Badung

Abstract

Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar branch is one of the Ground Handling companies that serves passenger services while on land and loading and unloading operations in Indonesia. Examples of services provided are passenger check-in services, boarding, baggage handling, aircraft cleaning, special passenger assistance, loading and unloading of cargo, and services for all types of aircraft. To achieve company goals, the company tries to achieve optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual characteristics, competence and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar branch. Data collection using a questionnaire, the number of samples used was 81 people. using the proportional sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done using the F test and t test.The results showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
