Abstract

Organizational objectives can be achieved maximally if supported by good performance from employees within the organization. To get good performance from employees, a structured and effective direction must be sought to move its employees to want to work more productively in accordance with the organization's stated goals, many factors that influence the performance of employees including intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. This research was conducted with the aim of "To determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance". The method of determining the sample in this study uses Saturated Sampling method. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Intellectual intelligence has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. (3) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. (4) Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes someone for feeling happy, or not happy, satisfied or dissatisfied at work. Therefore, to get employee job satisfaction, themanagement of the company must pay attention to factors that affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to find out the communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment influencing employee job satisfaction. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The data used is primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all employees with a sample of 32 respondents. The results of this study indicate a positive influence of communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, the communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the variable of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the communication variables, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

UD. Surya Palm is about 20 km to the east of Denpasar, namely in Banjar Kertiyasa, Bona Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali. UD. UD. Surya Palm as a program partner SME is a small business engaged in crafting a variety of woven ornaments with the main raw material of mendong rope with woven models produced including lamp ornaments, model ornaments in various forms namely the shape of dogs, giraffes, horses, pigs and elephants. Palm Light is 23 km to the east of Denpasar, namely in the Banjar Pasedana, Bona Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali. UD. Cahaya Palm as a program partner SME is a small business engaged in the craft of various woven bags and wallets with the main raw materials of palm leaves and pandanus. The second product of the UKM has not only been marketed in Bali and Java, but has also become an export commodity to the destination countries, namely the Netherlands, Australia, Britain, Japan and Hawaii.The problems faced in developing handicrafts are very varied starting from human resources and competencies of craftsmen, technology, marketing, capital, including sources of raw materials, "From the results of team observations, it appears that the two SMEs, for the sake of sustainability, are very worthy of coaching and assistance from the government in this case the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education through Higher Education on an ongoing basis so as to increase production capacity and quality The purpose of this program is to be able to assist craftsmen in overcoming obstacles faced in developing their business. which is quite large on the quality of products and work productivity of SMEs and provides immediate benefits, namely the high motivation and enthusiasm of SME managers in advancing businesses so that later they become SMEs capable of producing products nationally and internationally and finally can contribute to increasing production, quality and turnover respectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership andjob satisfaction on employee performance at CV AGUNG PAPER Klungkung-Bali.The number of samples in this study were 38 employees. This research uses saturatedsampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation methods, interviewsand questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear analysis. Theresult shows that partially transformational leadership (X1) has negative effect notsignificant to performance variable (Y) with t significance = -0,590 and ttable =1,68957. So -0.590 <1.68597. job satisfaction (X2) has a significant positive effectwith significance that is tcount = 3.852 and ttable = 1.68957 Thus 3.852> 1.65993.Simultaneously Variable transformational leadership (X1) and job satisfaction (X2)have an effect on employee performance (Y) with significance that is Fcount = 8,565and Ftabel = 3,27. So 8,565> 3.09. So this research is expected to give input inchoosing the leadership style used in leading company in CV AGUNG PAPER andthe management is expected to pay more attention to job satisfaction of employeesto improve performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of education level, age, andmarital status against the odds change jobs women migrans in the city of Denpasar.The study was conducted in four districts in the city of Denpasar. Respondents arenon-permanent migran women in Denpasar where the sample is determined usingthe quota by the number of samples is 120 people. Analysis of the data used toachieve the goal is through the analysis of Binary Logistic technique. Based on theresults of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of education,age, and marital status significantly influence migran women’s chances of changingjobs in Denpasar. Partially, education level and employment status positive influenceon changing employment opportunities migran women in the city of Denpasar. Whileage does not significantly influence the chances of changing jobs migran women inthe city of Denpasar.

Abstract

Along with the development of the organization, various things arise related to human resources. Today the high level of employee turnover has become a serious problem for many companies. One of the efforts made by the company to reduce turnover is increasing employee satisfaction with the company, another factor that also influences turnover intention is organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention. Respondents in this study were 88 respondents. Analysis tools that are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and negative organizational commitment to turnover intention.

Abstract

In the planning and development related to human resources both within the company and organizations today must get the attention of the leaders of the future that will maximize employee performance at work. Where emotional intelligence and intellect is a very important factor in improving the performance of employees and facilitate the achievement of corporate goals. If emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are good at a company will create a positive interaction for the development of human resources in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional intelligence and the intellectual influence on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Renon Denpasar. The sampling technique in this study using the formula Slovin, of the formula is obtained as many as 75 people. The results showed that emotional intelligence and intellect together - together (simultaneously) positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the results also revealed that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partial effect on employee performance.
