Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfactionon organizational commitment in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk,Manado Area.This research is a quantitative research using simple regression analysisapproach. Data collection technique was done by distributing questionnairesfilled by 39 respondents. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significanteffect on organizational commitment of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk AreaManado. Based on the results of this study, companies should further increaseemployee satisfaction so that the organizational commitment of employees willalso increase.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This research is background be based on phenomenon where the factor of information technology mastery can influential to performance employee at PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The purpose of this research is to know about the effect of information technology mastery to performance employee in PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The method research is research of descriptive quantitative with sample as much as 65 respondent that is obtained using saturated sampling method. At this research the independent variable is information technology mastery, and dependent variable is performance employee. The experiment instrument use validity test and reliability test, but analysis data method use analysis simple linier regression method with t test, and coeficcient determinant. Result of research t tes analysis, where independent variable (information technology mastery) gained tvalue (10,873) bigger than  ttable (1,999)  influential significance to performance employee and significance 0,000 < 0,05  so, H0 rejected and Ha accepted that mean independent variable (information technology mastery) influential to dependen variable (performance employee) with positive and significance. The result of coeficcent determinant analysis  showed that the  rate R Square is 0.652 or 65,2%, that means is performance employee variable can be explain by information technology mastery, while the rest 34,8% can be explain by other variable outside the  research variable. This research expect a company can always conduct an evaluation regularly to information technology mastery of  each employee on performance result that have been achieved and evaluation of innovation for the progress of company that will come.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is influence between spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially at the company PT. Ciputra International Project City Of Blessing Citraland Manado. where the respondents in the company amounted to 49 people, who are employees of the company. and in this study, researchers get a singnifikan result where there is a strong influence between spiritual leadership and employee performance. this study is excellent as a recommendation to the company to maintain the values of spiritual leadership for its employees to be applied, especially for employee. According to (Chopra, 2002) leadership and also spiritrualitas have a huge influence on the Organization as a whole. This research use descriptive quantitative research methods by using the correlation coefficient analysis approach. Then, the results of this research were obtained that support of existing theories, namely the spiritual leadership of the significant effect on the performance of employees. In conclusion, based on the results of research that the degree of spiritual leadership influence on performance of employees at PT. Ciputra International Project of the City of Manado Citraland Blessing are included in the category is strong where it is demonstrated by the results of the correlation coefficient or r = 0.798 or 79.8%. and advice to researchers next expected to be able to improve this independent variable research more deeply, through the selection of the place of proper research and research methods that are different or the same.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Primary Tobelo Halmahera Utara. In this study using descriptive quantitative is to test the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of influence on these variables. Based on this research shows that ethical leadership has a positive and very strong influence on employee performance, thus hypothesis states there is influence of ethical leadership on employee performance can be accepted. A leader with an ethical leadership style can influence individuals or groups to behave in accordance with organizational or corporate goals. Therefore companies or organizations need to pay attention to matters that include ethical behavior so that employee performance can be developed for the progress of the organization or companyKeywords: Ethical Leadership, Work Achievement.

Abstract

Supervision is one of the several functions of management within the organization, which has the meaning of a process of supervising and evaluating an activity. When doing a job, there’s a rules that have been established and is mandatory to be obeyed by all people who work in that place. The activities in organization without an supervision caused work discipline decreased and will affect to other activities which hindred the process of achieving the goals. Every company including Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, definitely want to provide satisfactory service for the customer, for that hotel should give the maximal and valuable service to the costumers. In order to give the maximal and valuable service, the employees have to provided to give value to customers, so the employees should be diligent in working and doing their jobs, especially hotel working system closely related to timing. Bad service caused dissatisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado by using the quantitative method to find out whether supervision can affect employees work discipline in Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The results of this study indicate that supervision affects employee work discipline at Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado where supervision has been applied and have positive impact to the employees.Keywords : Supervision, Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Mall Manado. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative and data collection carried out by survey. The population in this research is all employees who work at Matahari Mega Mall. The sample determined in this study was using Slovin formula as many as 44 respondents using Correlation Analysis, t Test, and Simple Linear Regression. The results of R show 0.370 means that the relationship between Work Leadership and Motivation Style is Quite Strong, R Square shows 0, 137 which means Work Motivation Variables are influenced by 13, 70% by Leadership Style Variables and the remaining 86.30% are influenced by other variables not used in this study. The t test shows a significant value of 0.013, which means that the Leadership Style Variable has a Positive and Significant effect on the Employee Motivation Variables. The Simple Linear Regression equation obtained is Y = 25,521 + 0,607.X1. From these equations, the Constants show that if the Leadership Style is worth Zero, then Work Motivation is equal to 25,521. The Coefficient of Leadership Style is 0.607, meaning that if the other variables are fixed and the Leadership Style increases by 1 point or 1%, Work Motivation will increase by 0.607 per one point / unit. From the results above it can be concluded that the leadership style has a positive influence on Employee Work Motivation, it is expected that the company maintains and improves the factors that influence Employee Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on the Employee Performance of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Reward is a form of appreciation to a certain achievement given, both by and from individuals or an institution which is usually given in the form of material or speech. Punishment is a way to direct a behaviour in accordance with the behaviour that applies in general. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as standard results of work, targets or targets or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been agreed upon. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 32 respondents who are employees of KFC Artha Gading North Jakarta. Research results show that : reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta, reward and positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Artha Gading Jakarta.
