Abstract

The success of an institution or organization is determined by the quality of the componentsand systems in which the components are interconnected, one of which is human resources.To achieve the goals of an organization then what managers need to do is to encourageemployees to work according to what the organization wants. One of them through theprovision of motivation to employees, because with the high work motivation in a person, itwill arise employee morale in the employee who will create a good work productivity. Howworking environment conditions against employee motivation anda how the effects of workenvironment on employee motivation motivation PT BPR. Prisma Dana. This researchincludes quantitative research because the formulation of hypotheses and variabels used istaken from existing theory, tha is work environment theory for insependent variable and workmotivation theory for the dependent variable. Research time is estimated approximately 1month, to obatin the data needed in this study, researchers conductedresearch on PT. BPRPrisma Dana Manado. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado totaling 60 peoples. And i took the sample to be studied amounted to about 30people. Analysis of the data above shows that the work environment has a significant positiveinfluence on the motivation of work PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. This is indicated byseveral tests conducted on work environment variabels. Like t test above. In simple correlationanalysis shows that there is a close relationship between work environment with workmotivation. The results of these studies prove an simultaneously answer the hypothesis thatthere is influence between the work environment on employee motivation in PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado. There is a significant influence between work environment on employee workmotivation PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. By looking at the average achievement of allworking environment indicators achieved, presumably for all employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado still maintains the achievements that have been obtained.Keywords : Work Environment, Work Motivation

Abstract

Economic development in particular sectors services in Indonesia took place very rapidly services sector. One of the mainstay tourism industry Indonesia, this is the industry that its development was quite rapidly in developing regions or advanced area. Hotel is a large organization has some of the usual part of called department housekeeping department is part of the Organization, as part of the organization department housekeeping has the resources, i.e. employees. the success of the hotel is inseparable from the role of employees. the goal of the research is to the employee's job satisfaction description housekeeping department at Sintesa Peninsula Manado Hotel. This research using methods qualitative nature of the descriptive analysis. Conclusions in finds, each individual have a different level of satisfaction in accordance with the applicable values on him. Then some things that suggested bias is the hotel surveillance in overseeing all aspects of the employee's job satisfaction.Keywords: job satisfaction, housekeeping, sintesa peninsula hotel management

Abstract

Training is very important to be implemented because of the increasingly big business competition Pt. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch needs to apply good training to every employee so that employees and companies are ready to compete with similar companies in the business world. The purpose of this training is to train the employees of PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch. Analytical techniques used are scale scale, and simple linear regression using SPSS 13. The result of scale range analysis indicates that the training implementation is included in the criterion well with the average score of 85.94. The results of the working scale range analysis included in the high criterion with an average score of 40.60. Results of a simple linear regression study that has been done shows there is a significant influence between training variables and employee performance variables, can be seen in the correlation coefficient of 0.855 which means having a perfect relationship. While the hypothesis test results t arithmetic = 11.435 greater than t table = 1.677 This means Ho is rejected and Haimaan, then training has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Branch Malalayang thus hypothesized in Chapter I that "If training is done properly, then employee performance will increase", is acceptable.Keywords: Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Mall Manado. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative and data collection carried out by survey. The population in this research is all employees who work at Matahari Mega Mall. The sample determined in this study was using Slovin formula as many as 44 respondents using Correlation Analysis, t Test, and Simple Linear Regression. The results of R show 0.370 means that the relationship between Work Leadership and Motivation Style is Quite Strong, R Square shows 0, 137 which means Work Motivation Variables are influenced by 13, 70% by Leadership Style Variables and the remaining 86.30% are influenced by other variables not used in this study. The t test shows a significant value of 0.013, which means that the Leadership Style Variable has a Positive and Significant effect on the Employee Motivation Variables. The Simple Linear Regression equation obtained is Y = 25,521 + 0,607.X1. From these equations, the Constants show that if the Leadership Style is worth Zero, then Work Motivation is equal to 25,521. The Coefficient of Leadership Style is 0.607, meaning that if the other variables are fixed and the Leadership Style increases by 1 point or 1%, Work Motivation will increase by 0.607 per one point / unit. From the results above it can be concluded that the leadership style has a positive influence on Employee Work Motivation, it is expected that the company maintains and improves the factors that influence Employee Work Motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of employees ini improving work performance and how an employee can achieve well. Factors that make a company grow, and progress is not only determined by capital and a strong business strategy, but also from the factors of employees or (HR) is great. Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. In essence, human resources in the form of humans are employed in an organization as a driver, thinker and planner to achieve organizational goals. The strategic role of PT Tunas Dwipa Honda Motor Matra Manado is as an organization or company influenced by ineffective employee performance, so that in a company HR is the main part in processing for achieving maximum results. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method that focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in society. The samples taken are all existing permanent employees. And from the interview results obtained that performance shows good work performance, because of that the results achieved and desired by everyone in the work so that the company's goals can be said to successfully meet the target company.
