Abstract

Adanya pandemi covid-19 tentu saja mengakibatkan perubahan bagi perusahaan terutama pada laba perusahaan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat apakah ada pergantian laba yang terjadi akibat adanya pandemi covid-19 dan seberapa besar pergantian laba yang terjadi di tahun yang terdampak covid-19 serta untuk menganalisis dampak CR, DTAR, ROE dan NPM terhadap Pergantian Laba. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diakses melalui webnya yaitu www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 193 perusahaan dengan sampel berjumlah 29 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CR dan ROE berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, DTAR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, NPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pergantian laba. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan variabel independen (CR, DTAR, ROE dan NPM) terhadap variabel dependen (pergantian laba) sebesar 7,6% sedangkan sisanya 92,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan ROA sebagai pengukuran kinerja keuangan. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 42 Perusahaan Bank Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial CAR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel NPL secara parsial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel NIM secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel BOPO secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel LDR secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara simultan CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, dan LDR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan ditunjukkan dengan nilai F signifikan sebesar 0,000. Kemampuan CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, dan LDR dapat menjelaskan kinerja keuangan sebesar 77,3% sebagaimana ditunjukkan dengan besarnya adjusted R square sebesar 0,773 sedangkan sisanya 22,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian.

Abstract

System development is carried out to produce a system that can help process transactions related to purchases and sales. System development is designed to make a computerized sales and purchasing system so it will facilitate all activities quickly, easily and accurately. System development carried out in Alambara Adventure because it still uses a manual system in running the sales and purchasing system, so that the manual implementation process is still experiencing time and accuracy problems. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method. Information systems applied in the sale and purchase of outdoor equipment are in the form of internet and desktop-based information systems. The system is built using Borland Delphi 7 and Microsoft Access as a database and there is automation for coding, among others, item code, customer, supplier, and invoice number. System analysis starts from analyzing the running system then analyzing system weaknesses and finally making a system requirements analysis. The system design stage starts from making context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts, then making input and output designs. The novelty of the system designed at Alambara Adventure is the testing phase carried out on the user through Acceptance testing at the system design stage and at the end of the system design.

Abstract

Indonesia is entering the Demographic Bonus period which refers to a phenomenon of increasing the number of productive age population (15-64 years) which brings benefits to the economy of a region, meaning that youth play an important role in advancing the country's economy. Optimizing the potential of youth as a supporter of the progress of the country's economy needs to be accompanied and given training so that it is directed and can maximize the skills of youth. This training and assistance is carried out through Community Service activities using smartphones and social media as media for generating rupiah. Community Service activities were carried out with 40 teenagers at the Banjarsari Youth Counseling Information Center in several stages starting from initial mapping, digital marketing training through imooji  and canva, as well as accounting application training through the Financial Records Application which can be downloaded from the playstore. The activity continued with mentoring and a question and answer session. The success of Community Service activities is measured by the ability of participants to take part in training and mentoring on digital marketing and accounting applications via smartphones. Survey after activities showing result that 75% of the participants were able to take part in the activities well. The survey was conducted in several aspects and found that 79% of participants felt that the training activities were very useful, 75% of participants felt that the training provided was easy to follow and apply, and 80% of participants were satisfied with the community service activities they participated in. This activity is beneficial for youth as a whole as additional skills in the technological era and has the potential to be further developed through further community service activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of the heads of public elementary schools in sub-district Banjarsari of Surakarta city with motivation as an intervening variable. Methods of collecting data with questionnaires on a sample of 30 elementary school. Path analysis results conclude that: 1. The direct effect of training on performance of is greater than the indirect effect of training on performance with motivation mediation, meaning that motivation cannot function as an intervening variable. 2. The indirect effect of the work environment on motivation mediation performance is greater than the correlation between the work environment with motivation, motivation correlation with a performance, meaning that motivation cannot function as an intervening variable. 3. The total effect of training on performance is greater than the total effect of the work environment on performance. Test results concluded that to improve performance is most effective through increasing training without going through intervening variables.

Abstract

Tujuan umum Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberdayakan potensi yang dimiliki oleh UMKM di Desa Polanharjo Klaten. Target Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan dan pajak di Desa Polanharjo Klaten. Secara khusus,program ini bertujuan untuk melatih UMKM Desa Polanharjo untuk dapat menggunakan standart pelaporan keuangan yang berlaku umum. Metode yang akan diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan/target Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Metode pelatihan bersamaan dengan pemaparan dilakukan oleh pemateri dalam hal penyusun laporan keuangan. Metode pelatihan ditekankan pada praktek penerapannya yaitu dengan bagaimana membuat laporan keuangan mulai dari aktiva dan passiva. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat atau UMKM di desa Polanharjo dapat menjaga kelangsungan usaha dalam dunia bisnis yang berkesinambungan melalui laporan keuangan yang baik dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku umum.

Abstract

The development of Financial Tehcnology in Indonesia makes technology-based companies continue to grow. These companies began to be established and registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which is based on an online peer to peer (P2P) lending platform. Financial Services Authority (OJK) data states that as of September 2018, the number of companies engaged in Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending continues to grow to 67 platforms with lender account providers reaching 161,297 entities, the number of borrower accounts (borrower) reaching 2,300,007 entities with low bad credit rates around 1.2%. The process of implementing peer to peer online activities (P2P) lending is done through a website or smartphone application that is downloaded through Google Play Store making it easier for anyone and anywhere to make transactions both as lenders or borrowers. Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.
