Abstract

The background of this research is how to find accounting fraud in a retail company, which consists of internal control variables and compensation suitability. Therefore, with accounting fraud, it can be prevented from an early age so that retail companies can continue to move forward in the future. The method used in this study is to use the literature review method and use quantitative methods by conducting a survey to 22 retail companies in order to find out frauds that exist in retail companies. The problem in this research is how to find out accounting fraud in a retail company that raises variables from internal control and compensation suitability with the two variables, it will be known what fraudulent actions occurred in retail companies so that retail companies can progress and develop so that they do not the loss is getting worse. The purpose of this study is how to find out accounting frauds in a retail company, because the fraud can make a retail company close and go bankrupt. Therefore, with preventive measures, it can be seen what things can prevent the company from cheating.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kelangkaan Sumber Daya seperti Mata Air atau Sumber Daya Air Tawar sudah menjadi isue dunia terkait dengan musim pancaroba, dan menaiknya Air Laut ke Daratan yang memasuki wilayah Air Tawar sehingga Air Tawar terkontaminasi oleh Air Laut dan Menjadi Payau, Dampak dari musim pancaroba yang ekstrem tersebut adalah banjir bandang dan musim kering ekstrem serta musim salju yang berkepanjangan. Dengan demikian sumber mata air tawar adalah bagian penting dalam strategi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Salah satu solusi menghadapi intrusi air laut adalah membuat sumur resapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menganalisa Tingkat perubahan jumlah kasus air tawar menjadi payau pada area tertentu melalui perbandingan, 2) menganalisa unsur manajemen konstruksi melalui pemetaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja tanah menyerap air tawar dipermukaan sebanyak mungkin, meskipun kurangnya reboisasi dari masyarakat. Manfaat yang diharapkan dalam penelitian adalah perbaikan manajemen konstruksi bentuk peresapan sumur yang ditempatkan di titik titik tertentu, yang berfungsi mengurangi banjir atau genagan air, serta membantu menambah stock air permukaan tanah dimusim kemarau selain mengatasi dampak instruksi air laut. Tekhnologi familiar bagi masyarakat, biaya terjangkau dan tepat guna adalah membuat sumur resapan, dengan penyempurnaan pelaksanaan system yang harus berada diruang tata kerja yang terkonfigurasi dalam meta data. Dan hasil penyelesaiaan masuk keruang audit laporan keuangan dan laporan audit lingkungan yang akan dieksekusi kembali oleh orang ekonom Kata Kunci: Instruksi air laut, sumur resapan, konfigurasi, meta dataAbstract - Scarcity of resources such as springs or freshwater resources has become a world issue related to the transitional season, and the rise of sea water to land entering the freshwater area so that fresh water is contaminated by sea water and becomes brackish, the impact of the extreme transitional season is flash floods and extreme dry seasons and prolonged winters. Thus freshwater resources are an important part of a country's economic growth strategy. One of the solutions to deal with seawater intrusion is to make infiltration wells. The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyze the rate of change in the number of cases of fresh water to brackish in a particular area through comparison, 2) analyze the elements of construction management through mapping to be able to improve the performance of the soil to absorb fresh water on the surface as much as possible, despite the lack of reforestation from the community. The expected benefits in the research are improved construction management in the form of infiltration wells placed at certain points, which function to reduce flooding or waterlogging, and help increase the stock of ground surface water in the dry season in addition to overcoming the impact of sea water instructions. The technology that is familiar to the community, affordable and appropriate is to make infiltration wells, with improvements in the implementation of the system that must be in the workspace configured in meta data. And the results of the completion go into the audit room of the financial report.Keywords: Seawater instruction, infiltration wells, configuration, meta data
